I have been a Pats Pizza customer for quite some time. Its relatively easy to get, it used to be quality food, and it used to have great service. Recently, yesterday to be exact, I purchased a medium plain pizza. I opened the box and it looked fine, however, in the course of my dinner I ate three slices. I found the pizza to be undercooked or that there was another problem wrong with it. I am not certain what it was, potentially old ingredients or inexperienced pizza cookers. I sat on my couch and started to read my book until my stomach began to hurt. I went to bed early to attempt to sleep the pain off. However I was woken up at 1:18am by jolts of pain in my stomach. I immediately went to my restroom and did my buisness: however the pains continued to go on. Eventually I threw up and I have never experienced this kind of pain. I was up till 3:30am while my wife cleaned it up and I was trying to bear the pain. Not to mention that we both have work in the morning. This has been by far the worst pizza experience in my life. I will not be buying anymore Pats products due to this incident. I am very disappointed in the products Pats sells now.

When we order out for lunch at work Pats is always the first and favorite suggestion for most. They have delicious food, great portions and good prices. I always order directly from their website, which is nicely done and easy to use, and their daily lunch specials menu has a ton of choices. Also on their website, while ordering each food item, you can customize it by a large selection of choices for each such as salt, pepper, cheese, tomatoes, etc.,... Nice job!

Sometime good and sometime bad you never know but my kids like it so I get it . But there are better pies in the area so let me say its kids pizza other than that if you know good pizza youll know that this is a average pie at best.the 2 star rating doesnt represent the service that youre going to receive it just represents the pizza itself the service isnt bad and they do have other stuff its just not the best product around.

Food is good like normal but team did a great job. They actually made a mistake on order but once found out went way above and beyond to make it right and apologize. Employee there, maybe manager, was outstanding He exemplified customer service and how to properly handle a mistake. I would expect legendary service from a Ritz Carlton and got it in Pats, great work

Well I was very disappointed. Have been going to pats for many years. Everytime I go it seems like the prices go up the portions get smaller and the quality gets worse. And it seems like any more at least one part of my order is wrong. I guess i will try another place next time.

Pats Pizzeria this is place the best ever! The food is super delicious! Customer service casher she is great! and very clean in the bathroom. I feeling so welcome here. Eat enjoy and relaxing watching the window beautiful view.

I love there pizza square if its made right ....they are quick for delivery ...there customer service with the young girls suck..meaning they need to hire more friendly counter person because the girl Brianna sucks!

if you want greasy food this is the place for you... the people were dirty who were working the day i went in and wiping sweat from thier head than touching food....was very unhappy with the service.
