Never Again will I order from here! My coworkers and I wanted to order food, three of us had Credit cards and two had cash. When I place the order he man seemed stress out said there is no driver. We were ok with it bc we were ordering lunch. I told him about the payments and he began to freak out. Not sure why when I gave him simple order. I also told him to bring change and he said we will try our best. Not sure what that meant. 45 mins later: I decide to login to my account to see if the payment when thru to notice I was over charged. I call to find out each price they were very rude. Did not want to give it to me. My supervisor said she will call they were rude to her too. She claims that she has been a customer for many years, they replied its new management. So, we figure out why price was high. Then the delivery got here comes in with any attitude and state never again can we pay like this. My supervisor replies well can’t help it if people have cards. So, when she pays in her cash she had a $20 the guy said he has not change. Mind I did tell to bring change over the phone. My supervisor said never again we will order from here and to tell your boss prices is too high for little food. He replied I am the owner and that we can never order like this again and walks out.

Talk about rude and this is for the guy with the beer belly that sits behind the counter who does not seem to want to take customers unless he knows them. I have worked in the area for almost a decade and I have been to this place only three times. The first time I went here was for a simple sandwich and it took about half my lunch break to make and trust me when I tell you this deli has a low clientele so honestly there is no excuse for it. Today was my third and last time going in here the guy with the beer belly saw me waiting for help and he overlooked me and proceeded to tell me that the Lunch service comes first keep in mind they have a counter where you can do lottery buy newspapers etc. now this would be a legitimate argument for him to make had I not been THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. It was one other guy that came in after me and he had to make a gesture to the guy that I was waiting first. So needless to say I would never step foot in a place that has at best OK food and extremely poor and unorganized customer service. In an area where we have places like Panera Bread and Irvings Deli right up the street who needs Mitola.

Ive been working down the street for about 3 years now and always go to Mitolas for breakfast even lunch depending on what time I go to work. Never had anything less than great service here and their food is good as well. I sit down to go on my phone thinking it will take some time and next thing you know my food is ready to pay for. Id recommend Mitolas to anybody as Ive never had an issue with the staff or food!!

Owner will change prices daily and if you catch it he will say you complain. He doesnt know his own prices. Ive caught him over charging me several times. Since he doesnt like you to say anything about it, Ive been banned from his store. My boss stopped going there over a year ago, I now know why. I called to let him know Id be leaving a review, he said "go Fcku yourself" and hung up.

Ive been going here for three years and have only ever had the kindest and utmost respectful service while there. This place is great and I love the staff.
