OK - the selection here is phenomenal. But the service was pretty much the worst Ive ever had the misfortune to encounter. It was a dead Wednesday night in the spring. There was a group of people sitting at the indoor tables, and a small group ahead of us in line. There were four serves behind the counter, and four people in front of us, and it still took almost 15 minutes to get a cone. The delays made NO sense, either to us, or the people behind us in line. The servers were curt to the point of rudeness. If we hadnt been corralled in, we would have walked out, but we couldnt even do that - they have a Disney-like line system that keeps one locked between railings that loop around the store.

Place is amazing and so is the ice cream and all the flavors but they need to stop being cheap with the sprinkles (talked to the manager and he said they only give a plastic teaspoon and a half full for their sundaes) after that discussion we just bring our own sprinkles but Im sorry that shouldnt be the answer especially if Im spending close to $20.00 on 2 large sundaes. Also I had a couple mishaps where the staff mischarge me and I have to spend a half hour going through the receipt with the rude manager who definitely is not a people person.

Forget the low fat frozen yogurt trend. When you want that rich, creamy goodness that you can only get from real ice cream, Ice Cream on 9 delivers. Choose from an almost overwhelming selection of flavors that are both creative and also interesting. Whether its birthday cake for the kids or cherry amaretto for you, there is a flavor for everyone. Definitely worth a stop this summer.

I had a cake made for my Moms birthday over the weekend. I have ordered cakes there before and have had many flavors of their ice cream. This cake was by far the best ice cream cake that I ever had. Jackie did a great job making and decorating it. I mixed flavors of toasted coconut with pecan praline. It was a huge hit! Thank you Ice Cream on 9 and Jackie.

Cmon who doesnt love Ice Cream? This is a family place making on site flavors that will blow your mind, including frozen yogurts. It has tables inside and out, so whatever blows your skirt up, is just fine by them. Sit anywhere youd like or take it home. Its a little on the expensive side, but worth every cent, and They are seasonal so call ahead.

The Ice Cream was good. But the service was horrible. The young blonde girl with tons of make-up on totally hates her job. She makes it so obvious. I couldnt tip her. She didnt smile and she was very cold. Someone needs to check her pulse. I will not be going back there. I will continue to go to Sundaes, the staff there is at least friendly.

Its like ice cream heaven. There are rows and rows of ice cream flavors and a wall of packaged flavors. There are so many flavors in there! I seriously had a hard time choosing my flavors. I wouldnt recommend the sugar free options though. The sugar free mint chip tasted like paint and the sugar free chocolate tasted funky...
