I didnt know the dishes at the restaurant, I said that I wanted number 42. The waiter asked if I wanted something, I assumed he repeated the name of the number 42. Since I didnt know the difference. In the end he charged me for a more expensive dish (which consisted mainly of rice which I didnt eat) and claimed that when he named the dish, he named more expensive number 45, and claimed I agreed to it (I was agreeing to 42 that I ordered ). I was with some people in front of which I didnt want to argue so I paid). And I ate hatdly any of it as I was on a diet, this was rediculous trick. Looking at my credit card charge, it looks like I was overcharged for the whole thing too. I am just shaking my head. Will not go there again.

If I could give -1 stars I would. This was hands-down the worst service Ive ever experienced. I ended up leaving this place.and calling back to share the experience with the manager. My call was given to someone who, when asked if he were the manager, replied "sort of" and as I begin to relay what just happened, he hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence. Wow! If thats how you guys treat your customers, its shocking that you still have any.

This place is Awesome. Came here from reading good reviews now I know why. Sushi was Fresh, Service was good, Everything was clean and Bathrooms Immaculate. I tried the Steamed Shrimp Dumpling from a good review and they tasted so so sooo soo good! :) I recommend the Double Shrimp Roll!! This is my new Sushi Place!! ❤️ It!! A must Try!!

I work at the Bestbuy next to this location on rochester rd. The sushi is outstanding, and it literally keeps me coming back at least 3 times a week. The service is great and the staff is very polite and attentive. I always recommend soho for sushi when I go out. 5 stars all day

Strangely, the best part of this meal was the iced coffee. We had 3 rolls of sushi, 2 of them were just ok, but in the third, I got a bite full of little fish bones. I had heard good things about this place, but needless to say, that left a bad taste in my mouth

A friend recommended this place to me and this is some of the worst sushi I ever had . It taste funny like the rice was old . Also service is very very slow , even when there are only 6 other customers in the building.
