I am absolutely infuriated. My brothers in the past have had good experiences with Happy House so I decided to try them out. When I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. This was odd but I thought nothing of it because I figured they were really busy or something that night. After a few minutes the lady finally got back to me and I ordered the D5;which consisted of Pork Fried Rice, General Tsos chicken, an egg roll and crab rangoon. After I placed my order the lady asked all the customary questions like “will there be anything else?” or “Would you like a soda with that?” I quickly said no then she asked “Pickup or delivery?” and I replied delivery. Gave her the address and was told the food would be there in about 30 min. I was really hungry that night but I was willing to wait ½ an hour for what Id been told would be exquisite Chinese cuisine. Well long story short the food never came. I sat there for an hour patiently waiting for the food but they never showed up. Maybe they wrote down the wrong address but thats highly unlikely considering that I actually spelled out the name of my street for the lady on the phone. Now that I think about it Happy House couldve killed me. I was absolutely starving and was relying on their food to fill me up, but they never showed. What if Id died of starvation because they didnt show up. Im considering taking legal action against those incompetent buffoons. Just kidding of course but this is still a heinous crime. The fact that they never showed up with my meal is absolutely egregious. The whole Happy House restaurant just spews unprofessionalism and I do not recommend their services. These people are so bad I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemy. I wasnt really in the mood for pizza that night but since happy house was a no show I called Freshway Pizza and once again Freshway came through for me. Freshway Pizza>>>>>>>>>Happy House.

NEVER ORDERING AGAIN! We used to order here ALL THE TIME until I was CHARGED AND NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!!! I placed an order online for delivery through BEYONDMENU like I always have. Waited an hour and when the food hadnt arived I called in to check. When I called I was quickly told that my order was on the way, that they are very busy and was hung up on. WITHOUT EVEN TELLING THEM MY ORDER INFO! After another half hour I called again and had to insist that they check my order was actually taken. Come to find out they did not have my order. I was told to try again. When I asked to just place the order over the phone I was then told it will be ANOTHER HOUR! and was reminded how busy they are. I made it clear how unhappy I was with this situation and that I would not wait an hour. I was shortly hung up on. I am now working with BEYONDMENU to REMOVE THE CHARGE from my credit card.

I ordered from this place a couple of times. They send menus in the mail in our area. So I gave them a try. 2 mad time I ordered was unacceptable. I ordered through there app on beyond menu. They never come with your copy of the receipt!!! They have coupons that SPECIFICALLY say which free items to choose. I choose 2 free egg rolls and got 2 cans of soda instead! Was furious because I would have ordered egg roll had I known. She was very rude in the phone said she didnt know what free items i wanted that I should call. Regardless of coupons being specific she couldnt understand! Never again dont order stay clear!!!

I love this place everyone is so accommodating. Im addicted to their wontons I order plain lo mein extra extra hot and wontons at least 3 times a week. Its perfect everytime. The family that owns happy house legit cares about giving their customers high quality food at the best price. They have the food hot and ready in the quickest time and best quality. Literally i speak with the owner atleast 3-4 times a wk to order she knows me by name and knows exactly how i like my food. I cant appreciate this more. Thank you happy house after my large order today you know Ill to order 3 more times for more this week!

I am in Worcester on business and came upon Happy House on the internet. I liked that they delivered and the variety of choices. They prices are great as well. The order arrived fairly quickly. The driver was so pleasant. I ordered Peppers and Onions, Spring Rolls, Fried Rice and Bananas. This is the best Chinese food I have had in so long. They were even kind enough to put a soda in my bag. I will definitely be ordering from them often. Highly recommend Happy House in Worcester, MA.

Incredible, a Chinese food takeout in Worcester that isnt horrible! Ive been looking for 5 years for a good Worcester Chinese takeout and have finally found it. Fried rice is dark (which I prefer), chicken fingers were crispy. Sesame chicken was fine. Chicken wings were a little overcooked for my taste but not bad. The worst thing I can say is the duck sauce is in packets and not very good. Nice people, polite and the food was cooked quickly. Portion was large, easily a second meal.

Wow... just wow they are sooooo rude. I ordered over the phone today and I asked a couple questions about their package deals and I guess they got sick of my questions so they yelled "stop asking questions and order!" I didnt appreciate it. Like the balls on these people are insane.

This guy have a horrible customer service i made one purchase for delivery and they said 30 min to delivery your food I waited 2h and I called five times and they said is almost there its because Im 0,5 mile away Crazy customer service I dont recommend that place ever!

The food was not Tasty at all! I will not be back.. even tho the prices are Great. . The sesame chicken was yuckie.. beef with mixed veggies had a tasteless sauce, and the pork fried rice was just Flavorless!! Dont recommend this place

I would give it a 5 star. I not going to because they charge so much tax on there food. There food is a lot of money as it is and they want to charge so much damn taxes. Over all, nice place, nice people.

Loved the food! I ordered the veg. Lol mein and fried scallops. The scallops were not as good but not terrible either. The fried rice, sweet and sour chicken was amazing. :) will order from again.

The egg rolls awesome, beef teriyaki awesome, fried rice awesome, BBQ boneless ribs awesome, chicken fingers awful.... it was like a mouth full of dough and you couldnt even taste the chicken.

Food is great. I am an everyday customer but they are very rude. I called once and cancelled my order and she Hung up on me. You dont treat your everyday customers that way.

Like any fast Chinese, I was surprised that it tasted a little better than others (Peking garden). Would eat there again in a pinch.
