Forget having your food order "Your way" at this Burger King, especially at the drive thru. You will be asked to repeat your order several times, only to find your order is wrong. This establishment has a reputation for it. Yesterday, I ordered 2 chicken wraps, with grilled chicken. The person who took my order made me repeat it 5 times. When I got home and opened the bag, I discovered that I had paid for 2 wraps, but only received one. I also had crispy chicken, not grilled. Not an isolated incident. This has happened before. There is a language problem at this Burger King. Its understandable that management wants to hire employees who are bilingual, but its mind boggling how they can hire people that have a limited ability to speak and comprehend the English language, who serve English speaking customers. Its evident this language barrier is responsible for the incompetence customers are subjected to, when placing and receiving their orders. Another problem is they often do not have a food item ready, and ask you to pull your car over into the parking lot to wait for it, where they will bring it to your car. This also happens frequently. Ive had to wait 20 minutes or more. So much for fast food. If youre looking for a late night bite, dont bother going here. They are supposed to be open until midnight, like all Burger Kings, but Ive been there at 11:30pm at night and they would not wait on me at the drive thru and told me they were closed. They were only interested in cleaning up and trying to go home early. The customer is not a priority at this restaurant at all. They also removed the sticker from their drive thru window that tells you their hours of operation. Pretty slick. This Burger King is horrible. So bad, I wouldnt give it a poor to fair rating if I didnt have to. I have gone to this Burger King in the past because of their convenient location. No more. I have filed complaints to management about these issues, but nothing is ever resolved. The owner obviously doesnt care that he is losing business. I have yet to see one good review for this Burger King. Surprising this restaurant is still in operation, and didnt close long ago.

On Wednesday, September 29th, I went to the Burger King on 185 Somerville Avenue in Somerville, MA. They are suppose to be open until midnight and have their hours clearly indicating this on their drive-thru window. I was there at 11:40PM. No one answered or greeted me when I pulled up to the microphone at the drive-thru, although I could clearly see employees at the counter inside. Proceeded to drive up to the window and they were all hiding out of sight. It was clear they did not want to wait on me. I honked the horn of my car and a girl came to the window. She did not open the window to speak to me, but yelled at me through the glass, to tell me they were closed. Since when do they close early and treat customers so rudely?? There is another big problem at this particular Burger King, where they have employees who do not speak very good English and have a reputation for messing up peoples orders. Not only that, but the speaker/microphone at the drive-thru difficult to hear the people when they talk to you. How do they expect to wait on customers if their communication skills are limited and they cannot understand what a customer is ordering in English? Another problem that I would like to address is an order I placed earlier this week for a salad. I did not get dressing or plastic utensils with it. How am I suppose to eat a salad with no dressing and no fork? These problems/issues are unacceptable and it seems worse each time Ive gone there. Needless to say, Ive had it with this Burger King! Theyve lost a long time, loyal and good customer. Theres a McDonalds up the street that is open 24 hours. I think Id rather go there, where I will be not be ignored, and will be treated with respect, courtesy and my order will be correct. This particular Buger King must be the worst fast food join in the U.S.! I would have preferred not to give it any stars in this rating. Thats how bad it is.

Excellent bacon cheeseburger. Fries way too salty to eat last time i came, asked for fries without salt and they still had salt on somehow. Came in here this week and walked into the middle of a scene (it was a weekday lunchtime), an angry aggressive man was arguing about being asked to leave, the language was shocking and i was really scared, i was seriously looking for a table to dive under as i expected there to be a shooting or some kind of violence, the atmosphere was awful and everyone in the place was watching the argument. The management handled the situation extremely well, the man in charge exerted his authority and the troublemaker left whilst cursing a lot, making threats of violence and dumping his meal straight in the bin without opening it. Its not the nicest area of town which is a shame as theres no other Burger King nearby. I will be nervous about coming in here again as i was fearful for my personal safety :-( .

THIS PLACE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST DISGUSTING, DIRTY AND IGNORANT PLACE TO ORDER FROM. THE DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATIONS BUT THE DRIVE THROUGH WAS OPEN. EVEN THOUGH THE WORK AREAS WERE SEALED OFF, YOU COULD SEE DUST AND DEBRIS FLYING AROUND THE FOOD PREP AREAS AND THE DIRT ON THE FLOOR FROM THE FOOT TRAFFIC OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS MOVING IN AND OUT OF THE KITCHEN AREA DURING RENOVATIONS. GROSS. THE WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO THE SERVER SHE SAID " I NO UNDERSTAND. I DROVE TO THE BARREL AT THE END OF THE PARKING LOT AND THREW THE WHOLE BAG IN THE DUMPSTER. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Most fast food chains are vile, but this one is pretty good. Youll notice first off that they play Hispanic-American television, which is a nice way to adapt to the demographics of the neighborhood. They also, and this one is very meaningful to me, have veggie burgers. Some locations seem to have phased them out but this one has them ready to go. And theyre good, not too fake-tasting. Plus they go for $3.50 with tax , which makes for a steal. Its a nice contrast to the pretentious $12 burgers you get at vegetarian restaurants.

Its a Burger King. If you dont know what youre going in there for, then there is no hope for you. 4 stars because the staff has been rude to me in the past and the bathrooms were kind of gross (they have since renovated, but that only changes so much). Thankfully, I dont go here anymore, and on the rare occasion I do, it tends to be to get something quickly through the drive thru, which ranges from nobody is there to HOW IS THIS TAKING SO FREAKING LONG?!!! Overall, 4 out of 5. Its Burger King. Its... meh.

they have really tasty minced beef sandwich with a sweetened tomato sauce and marinated cucumbers that is worth coming back for. the real star of the show is a generous portion of julienne cut potatoes cooked oh so crispy. i requested some extra sweetened tomato sauce that was served on the sandwich. the only reason im hesitant to post this review is id really like to keep this place secret, like my own private kingdom. but the secret is out. get out of your comfort zone and try this place out
