Heard good things about this place from a friend so I brought my girlfriend for brunch. The inside is very comfortable and showed off nice furniture and unique themed decor. We ordered drinks from an exciting list of cocktails, and I must say the adult iced coffee is a slam dunk. I would probably go back again just to have that or to try the other stuff. I normally dont write reviews, but since I ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits (my all-time favorite breakfast item) I felt obligated to give my two cents. Maybe its because I grew up in the Midwest, but I felt like this dish was done totally wrong. Although the sausage was tasty, the gravy it was in was very thin, and because of the fried eggs (which I had actually ordered scrambled) placed directly on top of the biscuits before the gravy, the biscuits could not soak up much delicious gravy. The biscuits themselves were somewhat light, and not like traditional buttermilk biscuits. I came in expecting thick biscuits swimming in a plate thick sausage gravy, so although it tasted ok I was very underwhelmed by this interpretation. So for that plus surprisingly slow service, I was let down. Had a few bites of french toast, however, which was tasty! Ill give the rest of the menu a shot sometime because I know the drink menu will draw me back.

I had a great experience here. I walked in and was luckily able to get a seat at the bar, as the place seemed to be at capacity, with a young trendy crowd. The place was intimate and cozy, with a hip decor. I especially liked the old books along the walls and the old wine casks. The bathrooms were clean with a very clever steam punk piping going around the walls. The bartender immediately took my drink order and while busy, he still found time to chat before my friends arrived. The drink menu was really cool, with numerous unique drinks that I want to come back and sample. I got the AutoPhaeton, which was great. I wasnt too hungry, so I did not end up ordering any apps, but my friend raved about the beef skewers. I ended up ordering the Rosemary Salmon, which was quite possibly the best salmon I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were quite tasty. I actually ate them all. I dont do that often. I will definitely be back! So glad there is something new in that space. Its been too long.

Beautifully great staff, and wonderful food. The geared burger was amazing and very well cooked and Christy made sure of that. Alex made the experience amazing and the black strap on the rocks is highly suggested if you are a rum drinker. I highly suggest making a stop at this hang out. PS cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing restrooms in Boston. A++++++++++++

The food was disgusting and the entire dinning experience was just awful. The garnish on our appetizer was rotting and smelled like garbage. The fish in the haddock sandwich was spoiled. It made my girlfriend and myself sick. Will not be back.

Food was cooked perfectly, and the beer selection was on point. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a nice neighborhood hang out. Will definitely be going back.
