Sooo Yea....Finally some down home Southern goodness makes it way up North. Firehouse Subs is a staple from our parts (Florida and Georgia). My husband loves the venue and we would often drive to Virginia to get his fix. We were driving by this locale one afternoon and once he realized this place had finally open we decided to alter our plans briefly and stop in for a quick lunch. I initially wanted something to eat as well, but I noticed they didnt have the particular salad I liked. The employees greet each customer that walks in and are quite friendly. Your order is made hot and tasty. Its not Subway, so you will wait a few minutes while the order is prepared. My husband ordered a footlong sandwich and although he mentioned he was only going to eat half and save the other half for later, well yea, that never happened. He ate the entire sub in one sitting. He said it was delicious, lol, Im sure it was! The venue was very clean and spacious. Multiple tables and large restrooms as well. Well definitely be returning for more yummy goodnes!u

As I walked in every employee greeted me welcoming me.I came here my first time a couple days although the food was delicious. The cashier I believe her name was Christina was rushing me with my order while talking to other employee about why she hasnt received her managers shirt and looked like a normal employee yet sounding pretty upset.My order was messed up. My server whos name was shanea brought my food to my table with a smile, she remade my order and apologize for the mistake the cashier made.A Spanish lady brought it back out to me an apologized once more and she was very polite .the food was delicious but Im unsure if I can return due to the cashier lack of customer service.

I placed my order online for a 12:00 pickup and online it says that your order will be ready by your scheduled pickup time at the very latest. I arrived at the location 5 minutes early and my order was not ready yet which was okay. The thing that wasnt okay was that they had not started my order until after I arrived to pick it up making the actual available time 12:03 for my order. This is no big deal but 5 stars means that everything was perfect so for now, it was a 4 start experience. The food was excellent and I really loved the hot sauce bar! Until next time, 4 stars :-)

Customer service could use a refresh. The cashier looked at me and said "Are you ready?" Not the standard "May i help you?" Then didnt thank anyone for their business. If they dont like their job they should quit instead of giving attitude. Only one crew member had any positive interaction with the customers. Thank you Joe.

The food was GREAT and the staff was polite, happy and helpful. Shayla took my order with a smile, the service was prompt and courteous and when I was done Greg wrapped my sandwich to go. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch or a great sub for dinner.

My wife and I went there Saturday the 1st of July she had the shaved turkey and i had the steak sub and they were delicious we will be coming back, the service was good also and it didnt take long for my order was ready.

Excellent hot and cold subs. My favorite sub is the Hero. The meat they use has great flavor which makes the sub taste great. Far far better than Subway in my opinion.
