Extremely poor customer service. Today I was on hold for the bakery section for 14.36 minutes and still there was no one to pick up the phone. Wow...some kind of customer service. After 9 min, a lady came on the line to ask if I was still holding for bakery "duh, yeah"...She said, "OK let me page them"...and so the holding began again. In 14 minutes I could have made a trip to BJs. Whats gonna happen to them when Wegman opens? :-) Their customer service needs to improve. The other day, I was in line and accidentally left the cart in the middle. A cashier calls out "hey lady, dont you ever leave the cart again like that"...is that a language. I got to hear her mouth after I apologized profusely. I so badly wanted to report her, I can very well describe her. Now when I go to BJs, even if there is no one in her line, I would rather wait in the long line. Their etiquette needs lot of work. Quite disappointed.

Extremely customer un-friendly. Ples that they treat you as if they make you a favor for "allowing" to shop with them. Try to place an order! First, hardly anyone ever picks up the phone and the answering machine is always full (not that theyd ever return calls). Plus they try to make ends meet by selling you left over stuff from bellied-up competitors. Yes, I did buy garlic labeled for Superfresh, 4 months after the latter closed. Bakery... what a joke. They basically rationalize their products, so that they save the need to bake so that theyd fulfill the demand. MOst produce is aged and far from fresh, too. And, yes, the variety of products decreased as the recession deepened. Really bad place to go shopping. If you have a choice, I cant imagine anything worse, short of some dungeon.

I havent seen a car doing donuts or rude staff at the Owings Mills BJs . I have gotten great help from everybody I have talked to there. I am happy to have a BJs near me. Buying quality stuff in bulk has lower my grocery bills greatly and as a retired senior that has become very important. They dont just sell just groceries there , they also sell clothes: kitchen appliances, mattresses, TVs, fresh cookies, from the instore bakery, you can get the price of the club card back in no time if you shop here regularly as I do.

I just switched from Sams Club to BJs and the first thing that I noticed was the variety. Much better than Sams. There are a number of products that I used to have to buy at a regular grocery store, which they carry at BJs. Pleased with the selction. The service is poor, but I dont go there expecting service. Warehouse stores typically use a do-it-yourself model.

Thankfully I live in Anne Arundel county by another BJs on Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena MD, which I love everything about. Seems to me that BJs expects more from certain stores depending on the area. Hopefully they will raise the Owings Mills location to a higher standard

Overall good shopping experience for this area. Club is older and on smaller side. They have had staffing issues in past but the management team makes an effort. I am regular shopper here and would recommend if you live in Owings Mills.

This store always have what you want. Staff I interact with are friendly and very helpful. Their bakery is the best in this area and the bakery staff can design and bake anything for you. They are excellent.

Good value on some items you cant find in most grocery stores. Best bagels in Baltimore (real NYC taste and texture) at great price. And reliably good price on Michelin tires.

I like almost everything about that store. The prices are mostly good for me, and so is the items selection. They dont have many workers there but staff is pretty friendly.

i love it here, but then again i switched over from the Sams Club on rt 40, not a very high bar to begin with. Im always in and out really quick here, i cant complain! :)
