My husband turned me on to Mainland and I wont go anywhere else! Food is always the same - good and fresh! The "mean" lady in the earlier post is really nice - I just smile and always am extra polite and thank her for the food and wish her a wonderful evening. Its amazing how far a smile and kind words can go! Back to the food - the menu is great and while we havent had dinner in the restaurant portion, it is at least pleasing to the eye. Call ahead and when you pick up your dinner, tell the "mean" lady to have a great night!

Good food but, disrespectful staff!! The younger woman who takes orders has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! After taking my order, she forgot to tell me my order number. When I asked for it, she made extremely disrespectful comments to me and hung up the phone on me. I called back and told her to cancel my order. I will not return as long if she is an employee there.

I went mainland today. Horrible experience. Shrimp in both dishes I ordered was mushy and nasty. Took dishes back, added a few fresher pieces of shrimp in my dishes. Scam artist. I look at my dishes after getting home and discovered I had same diah, different box. Never will eat there again. I will warn other patrons. Beware of day old food

The "mean" lady is actually nice in your face, shes pretty "angry-ish" when you call in. Not much a smile can do over the phone, but the "Thank you" at the end of the call still flies over her head. The food is great, just dont call your order in on her bad day.

The food is always cold when I order delivery because it takes forever to get here, customer service sucks. Most food is pre made just sitting and waiting.....Id never eat this crap again or waste my money.

Im something like a 3rd Gen mainlander. As a 48 state trucker, this restaurant is by far the best Ive ever come across. The pork and combination fried rice is amazing. Best to always call in orders.
