They were already doing bad an then they went an fired ine of their best team members. Terry collins jr. Not its even more slower an mr. Larry lee is a nervous wreck. U is only nice because he as to. The workers are ok but the management tean is horrible. The roof leaks an the cold drink machine is filthy. There is roaches an they give u two packets if hot sauce. The drive thru is slow an very bad. Pot holes an water leaks everywhere

Staff where rude just the everything in a bag stuff falling out of wrappers, potatoes spilt on everything, chicken tasted old, tacos where soggy like they had been sitting for awhile. didnt have any straws, napkins ect..the staff where more worried about talking and playing around then taking orders, waited 10mins in line to order with only 2 cars in front of me. Wont be back food was as terrible as the customer service

Horrible. There is a taco bell here also. I had taco bell and the tacos were stale, there wasnt any meat on my taco and it took 30 minutes just to get my food with 3 people ahead of me. The trashcan was over flowing with garbage and had a smell like they hadnt thrown it since last month. Bathrooms were disgusting! !!. Never again. I wouldnt even give it a star but it said I had to rate it.

CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENTS! Found an additional charge of $2.41 on my credit card statement. Called corporate 3 weeks ago and they said they would notify the franchise owners. Contacted them again last week. Nothing. Mistake or scam? By the lack of concern about my mishandled funds, Im now thinking scam. A few bucks here and there, who would notice?

Dont you go there!!! The worst KFC/Taco bell! They dont have no idea what customer service is, theyre racist and super slow!! I went to buy chicken and it wasnt fried well and it didnt taste well. I tried with taco bell and the taco shell was all broken and incomplete and the crunch wrape wasnt well folded and all ripe off.

Fast food? 20 minute wait with hardly any customers? Cashier more worried about talking with friends than taking orders. Also i always change chalupas for Gorditas every time no pronlem, not here!! Felt discriminated by black staff. Very nice with black customers but not white or latino guest. Will avoid this place
