Great iced coffee beverages with real milk and ice-cream, which I prefer a bit over Starbucks coffee. Theres a good selection of ice cream flavors and waffle cones, as well as a multitude of cake and cheesecake types. Staff is always friendly and quick. Three of the tables inside have a chess board and set, and multiple board games are available to borrow while youre there. Right outside Oberweis, there is a splash fountain where little kids play in the summer. The place is located by the Schaumburg Town Square, which is great for a short walk around the small lake.

I will only go there for ice cream(cant screw up a bowl of ice cream), since it opened the people behind the counter have gotten less friendly, and about half the time I order a malt it is not thick as advertised and sometimes not even thoroughly mixed. I have never had an issue with the Rolling Meadows location so thats where we try to go, the Schaumburg store is always crap shoot.

This is my familys favorite place for ice cream and the only place my wife will buy milk. She swears it tastes better than anything in the regular stores. I dont drink it so I dont know, but I their ice cream is definitely the best. There is a splash pad right next to this Oberwies that my kids love to play in during the summer!

Great service. This place is always busy but they do a great job attending to everyone and making sure when the line is out the door to accommodate to everyone. POKEMON GO PLAYERS: this is a great poke stop area. Clusters of poke stops , decent spawns, and a great pond with a fountain and ducks. Great for the kids!

Im surprised there are as many negative reviews as there are. I always get not only great service but a fantastic product as well. The server not only built rapport they also made an excellent suggestion since I was not at all decided what Id have. In addition they offered me a taste before I confirmed my order.

Wonderful and bursting variety and taste of ice cream flavors but its the creaminess, freshness, and quality of dairy that never disappoints!! My family used to buy milk only from Oberweis because it made every cup a treat. Beats Coldstone, Baskin Robbins, and every other local/chain ice cream restaurant !!!

Ive been going to oberweis for over a decade for personal indulgement and school functions. I can understand why people say the service can be hit or miss, but I feel like they are too damn expecting. Oberweis has never let me down with service or products, however. I would always recommend it to someone

The lines are out the door every night in the summer and for a good reason. Theyve got great ice cream and other treats. And as a bonus, its right in the middle of Schaumburgs town square so get some ice cream and go for a nice stroll.

I venture to this store often for milk and if its a nice day out, there are long lines and not enough people behind the registers and to fulfill the orders. Mainly see young people staffed there who dont seem very customer focused.

I like Oberweis. Its pretty expensive, I think, and its not exactly healthy, so its just an occasional visit place. Very popular in the summer and great for I kids if the outdoor interactive fountain is working.

Great ice cream, rich and creamy. I really dig the simplicity of this place, no half sentence long product names and silly songs for workers to sing. They have a great product and let that speak for itself.

Great place for kids. They have games and chess built into the tables. They have ice cream, milk, bacon, and eggs. The milk come in glass container and you need to put down a deposit for the glass.

Oberweis is anytime the best ice cream I ever had. The staff is very friendly and pleasing. Have bought the milk for first time. though its highly prized, I hope it should be good.
