OK, let me start this off by saying the night out with the guys at BWW was fantastic, we had a great time and enjoyed the night. Our waitress, Sarah, was amazing! A very nice woman with a super smile and great personality. She really tended to the table well and took care of us, high marks to Sarah. The food was excellent, the wings were really tasty and the soft pretzel was amazing. The only issue that came up was that one of my wings had a bite taken out of it. Yes, thats right, someone gnawed on my wings before they came to our table. I brought this to the attention of the shift lead, Joel, and he was very persistent that no one bit my wings. I told him that I was looking for nothing in return, I did not want a refund or more wings or anything of the sort, I just wanted to let him know what was happening. But he continued to argue that it was not their fault. So despite the good food and the most excellent Sarah, my experience was degraded because somebody in the back thought it would be fun to gnaw on the customers wings. Thats just not very cool so I can only give BWW in Oswego 3 stars. Management failed to simply take responsibility for what happened, thats all that I asked for. I will note, they did credit us $3 on the final bill, which I did not ask for. But we walked out without them ever saying they were at fault. ONLY Sarah apologized and said it was their fault, management took the cowards way out. If you eat here, ask for Sarah and inspect your food before consuming it.

I have ordered from this location 4 times within the past month, and each and EVERY time I have ordered a sauced/dry rub wing. I have received wings with little to absolutely no sauce or flavoring on them at all. You wouldnt be able to tell if i have even ordered flavor or not on my wings since they all look the same and taste the exact same no matter what option I choose. I have tried again and again to see if they would redeem themselves at this location and have utterly disappointed me each and every time. A better alternative to this location is Orchard Road BWW, their combination of quick serve times and very plenty saucing/flavoring on their wings will delight you each and every time. Ive chosen to recite my first to go BWW to the Orchard location, even though its a slightly further drive, for this reason exactly.

The food was hot and the drinks were cold but the service was the worst Ive experienced in a long time. Generally I like to give the benefit of the doubt to servers as I have many friends in the industry and I know its a tough job, but this server was terrible. I wont give his name, but he forgot almost every thing we asked for after acknowledging that we asked for them, all while only taking care of 3 tables, including our own. It was not busy. The most annoying part was not getting the take-out box I repeatedly asked for after giving him my check. I still gave him a decent tip but the dude needs to light a fire under his ass. The service needs to be improved.

Worst experience ever we got seated had to wait 25 minutes for a waitress to come take our order that was only because my husband went to the front to tell them we havent been waited on so who knows how much longer we wouldve waited than they come take our order & waited another 30 mins & still didnt get our food we went to the manager & told him we were just leaving instead he said okay but we had to pay for the drinks that were on the table, and theres was a family who got sat right after us & they were already done eating when we had just got our drinks. Never going to that location again.

The food here is your typical BW3 fare, with all the normal selection available. Their Angry Orchard on tap is especially crisp, better than Ive been able to find elsewhere. The only complaint here is the ambiance. They recently remodeled and the dining room is louder, brighter, and more distracting than ever before. I know that to a degree this is the point of the place, but it is now impossible to have any meaningful conversation with loved ones there. The staff at this particular location almost makes up for it, though, with their attentiveness and general good cheer.

Great food and a great staff always prompt and quick with my order getting it to the table or into a bag to take it home, if I do carry out which is what I normally do. Today I went I picked up an order for my family and I, and John the young man behind the pickup counter remembered me by name,and that I needed alot of wetnap with the wings due to having two 7 year old twin daughters who tend to be messy when eating wings as normal. He also asked how my children were! Always polite and happy is John!!!

Extremely poor customer service. We got our food and the whole tables food was cold. Then ordered fries to tide us all over till the food came, they where also cold. When got new food it was hotter yet the attitude not only of the management at the waitress we had was ridiculous. My beer was the best part of the whole meal outside of the conversation with my friends. Would never recommend this location tell anyone I am no I would rather drive out of my way for better service and food.

I love Bdubs as much as the next person, but this one is a joke. Our family was in the other night (a Tuesday), and it wasnt that busy. Regardless, the service was terrible. They brought us the wrong food twice, and charged us for random things we did not order. Our waitress wasnt around when we needed her. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. Go to the one on 75th Street in Naperville. Its much better.

Ordered take out. Brought home our large boneless order to find two small entrees. Called in was told a coupon will be mailed to us. Never happened. Last in store visit the wings were very dry and took 25 minutes after waitress took our order. Tried one more time for takeout and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before I just hung up. Taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Ive been meeting friends and family here for years. It has consitantly been a great place to go out to lunch with and old friend, or have a nice dinner with the family. The wings are deliscious. If that is not your thing though they have a variety of other choices in their menu. Also an excellent beer selection.

The manager was a total assholes. We requested a server and they were being so disrepectful of how things were gonna get done. Our server on the other hand handled things more professionally. Managers are very childish, disrespectful and rude to say the least. Very disappointed on how a MANAGER treated us.

no lower stars available! went on wing night guess bone in wings is all they know how to make, ordered boneless wings dry as the arizona desert i left on monday, disgusting! ordered a burger that was just as dry, food took forever! what a fricken waste of time and money, STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!
