If I could rate this zero, I would. Cassandra, the manager, told me it was going to be an hour for delivery. The delivery driver got a flat tire, and they brought the food 35 minutes late. The food was cold, and I just spent 25 bucks, so I called in, and they said that all they can do is offer me 15 percent off my next purchase. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager said that I was wrong, and that she said it was going to be an hour and a half, and they said that they are not a franchise, and that the "owner does not speak a lick of English." I let them know that I would like new food, and that they can take the cold food that they brought. The agreed, and then called me back 5 minutes later to ask if I had eaten anything, because they werent going to replace anything that I have eaten. I told them I had a potsticker and a crab Rangoon. I told them that I was not happy and am going to be leaving a review to let people know how this business treats people. The guy said "you are putting me in a tough spot. Im not going to bring you new food if you are going to leave a bad review and hurt our business." They delivered my food to me minus those items. Never again will I order from this business. Who knows...they might go back in and charge me extra on my card for writing this review.

Disappointed. Our work called in a large order. When I called, I told the lady we have a large order. She said no problem. By the time I was done with the order, the total was just over $80. She proceeded to tell me that our order is too large and in the future they cannot take large orders. (yet they have a minimum of $15 for delivery) I asked "how is that different than 15 people calling in 15 different orders and having your driver come to our place of work 15 different times?" She said she cannot help other customers when they have a large order and told me that it will take 1 hour to get our food. Never again will we order from here, since they cannot handle large orders.

Called to place a delivery order and was talked to very rude. Then was told of a outrageous 55 minute wait time. So I said I would just pick it up. Came inside and the lady at the desk was rude. Got my food and went home. The crab ragoons were good. Thats where it stopped. My chicken was completely deformed , it was general tsos chicken but one large fried tough cartilage piece took up all but enough space for 2 small real pieces of chicken.. and the egg roll was terrible. Just completely full of spicy cabbage. And my beef fried rice I ordered was actually the red roasted pork. Called to complain and was actually hung up on. I would suggest no one to waste money here.

Cassandra the manager is HORRIBLE! When going to pick up our order I sat and watched her roll her eyes and act hateful to the customer ordering on the phone. Then once I received the order and got it back to work, we noticed it was wrong. We called and explained the situation. She refused to deliver it since we picked the order up. However THEY made the mistake. She would not refund us either. Terrible customer service all around. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best fast food Chinese place in Belleville, all of their vegetables are fresh and they even grow some of their own. Also, the prices are verrrryyyy affordable -- especially for lunch. I wouldnt let the past reviews defer you from trying their food or going there. While I will say that this place is definitely not a dine in establishment, its more of a take out place. The tables and seats and in need of up keep, but the place is not anywhere near health code violation.

What the hell happened? This used to be passable Chinese food. This is the second time Ive gotten bizarre stringy meat, watery/sad sauces, and the most frightening mystery meat dumplings Ive ever been witness to. Im not usually one to rip resturants a new one, but wow. I used to look forward to getting takeout here. Will not be bothering anymore. Heres hoping the Belleville East, and Fairview locations dont go the same direction.

They messed up on one of my orders and gave me the wrong dish. They told me that the next time I call to order food, they would give me a dish equal to that price. When I called and tried to order food then redeem this credit, the owner told me that I could only get the dish they messed up on, which I did not want as it was not what I ordered in the first place.

I have been getting food from here for years and it is always consistently delicious. The newer staff can be a little short when taking orders but they are extremely busy so I get it. The delivery drivers are awesome. The main girl at the front counter is super nice. This is why they get my business once a week. Absolutely my favorite Chinese food!

My daughter & I got food poisoning from the sauteed mushrooms. Came to find out other people were in the emergency room with food poisoning from ordering the same night we did. Called health dept. Manager would not stop denying & telling me that it was something else I ate. Used to place big orders often, but they lost out service...

I got the general tsos chicken. It was pretty good. I was surprised to see some broccoli with it which was nice. I got a an extra order of crab ragoon, and thought they were nicely sized as well as tasty, but how do you screw up crab ragoon other than make then too small and skimpy.

Terrible customer service! I called to complain about the delivery guy who was yelling because there was a mix up with orders....I was told over the phone "Honestly, theyre not going to do anything about it!" Food is not tasteful anyway. Dont spend your money here!!

The food is great and the portions are very large! I was amazed at how quickly my order was ready. The workers were all very friendly and gave great service. I highly recommend this restaurant. Its fast, very affordable, and has a friendly atmosphere.

I think that, they are a friendly environment. I like how they do not discriminate. They hire All Race, and I like that. Most Chinese restaurants only Hire their own. The food is Great, especially the Lo mein noodles.
