Had rotten apples and raw bacon plus a hard "something" in addition to spoiled lettuce in my sandwich from the Canton location. I was traveling down 575 and saw there was a location here. I stopped and showed them and a little girl refused to remake my sandwich and told me to go back to Canton because they wont get paid for them to remake my sandwich!!!! WOW!! So go ahead and risk upsetting a family of 4 instead of making a sandwich which Im sure the owner would want you to do instead of risking losing business. I hope your manager gives you a pat on the back for saving him a few dollars instead of making the situation right! I will not be back. Too many great sandwich places around.

Cool concept. The food was very good except very extremely sloppy. The service was not so great the dining area was a mess the freestyle machine was out of most of the drinks I told the employee they were out and she told me okay then my husband also told another employee the freestyle was out also no one came out to fix the problem. actually no one even came out to the lobby to even clean it. I had to get a refund back for my drink.

Absolutely disgusting! Kids turkey roll up had no meat inside, the apples were brown and there were like 2 carrots in the kids meal. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was disgusting as well. No meat and no toppings what so ever. Will never eat here again. I had o go back up and get my money refunded. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Waited 15 minutes before getting sandwich, which is a problem since I am on a lunch break and only have 30 minutes. Not enough sandwich makers. I got the philly cheese steak sandwich and the meat was horribly chewy and grisly. For an $8.00 sandwich it was a big disappointment. I am going back to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mikes.

Slowest and worst service I have seen in the Woodstock area. Manager and the staff need retraining. No attention to detail and a horrible sense of urgency. No one should ever wait more than 30 minutes during a lunch break for a meal.

The worst place ever!!! I asked them for spinach and not lettuce and of course I got lettuce they are the slowest Which Wich sandwich shop Ive ever been to In My Life the dining room was absolutely dirty and disgusting! :-(

Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. Ordered a philly cheessteak and it was ice cold. Both of us ended up throwing our sandwi h away and going somewhere else. Worst experience ever and a waste of 25$
