Really irritated that when you call to place a "to-go" order that you get an answering machine on the first ring. After trying to call numerous times still got the same thing. If you dont want business fine with me. I will never go to this location again. I will call the corporate headquarters and see how they like not making money. Update: After writing corporate and getting a call from the manager he assured me it would be addressed and it was.

Is a zero star even possible. The attitude from this place is out the roof. All ghetto hoodrats who dont even deserve to have a job. Miss "Jasmine" on third shift wanted to argue with me because she thought my hash browns were light enough. Got a stank attitude when I asked her to recook them and an even uglier look when she didnt get no tip. I should of known it would of been a problem when she answered the phone. Never again, never again

I order a medium tbone. My tbone sat on the counter for 20 mins. Never got my drink but when another group came in they got their drinks. I served 21 years in the military and born and raised from Palmetto Ga... I will never ever go back in Palmetto Waffle House. I asked to speak to the supervisor but no supervisor works nights. SMDH.

We came in starving they greeted us and seated us happily! I have a special diet and they made my food exactly the way I asked w/ no problem! Our server shantris was the most pleasant accommodating Vie ever known. Everyone go meet this lady she is one of a kind spectacular person!!!

Me and my Husband have been eating at Waffle House for years and this location is by far the BEST one we have be in. Best service and good hot food! My waiter was Drina she is amazing. The cooks are amazing Their new manager has really turn the entire service around theyre amazing!

There is an old lady who works there with black curly hair who is very rude and hateful to us everytime we go in there. How she keeps her job is a mystery to me but she is so bad she has hindered us from ever going there again.

Clean table. Good coffee and breakfast. Friendly servers. The floor was a little dirty, but then who eats off the floor? Ill be back for breakfast and coffee again. Recommend it.
