I just attempted to eat dinner here and was not allowed access because I use a service dog to help with my disability. I had to explain to Mr. Jack Yang, who claimed to be the manager but couldnt have been because of his disregard for the law, that a service dog accompanies their owner everywhere the public is allowed to go. It was only after I threatened to sue for discrimination that he said he would seat me in a dining room to the side but I would have to leave my service dog tied to a table. This is also inappropriate and illegal. His reasoning was that some of my dogs hair might be caught in a breeze and blown up onto the buffet and theyve had problems with the health department before and didnt want any more. I told him if that was truly a concern each customer would need to be freshly cleaned before approaching the buffet since we all have dust, lint, hair and dirt on our clothes or skin. He would not follow the ADA law and allow me and my very well trained service dog access which makes this one of the most poorly run establishments. It means they have very little understanding of the laws involved in running a business and there is no way to tell how deep that lack of understanding runs. Its not worth food poisoning to find out if they dont understand temperature control or cleanliness standards.

After reading so many of these other reviews, we were really skeptical about going. A friend had spoke highly of it though, so we took our chances. The food wasnt cold, unlike many of the other reviews mentioned. It was actually hot, granted we arrived just before the dinner rush. The food wasnt exceptionally tasteful, but most of it wasnt bad. The sushi bar was terribly under stocked, but the rest of the buffet was stocked up well. We never saw any bugs or hair in the food like other people mentioned in the reviews. Everything was, however, sticky, the table, the chairs, the buffet, everything. Someone mentioned the staff was very rude. They werent as friendly as I would enjoy, but they werent unfriendly. Most of the staff smiled if they caught your glance. I think a large portion of the wait staff does not speak English, which could give the illusion of being unfriendly. For two people with two drinks, the trip cost us about $23, which is a bit steep for hit or miss food and service, but if were ever craving a Chinese buffet again, well probably return.

I wouldnt have given it Any stars ,but I could leave a review unless I did. This restaurant is 100% disgusting. From the food to the management to the staff. They want to charge you 15$to eat food that has been sitting out for over a day. A friend of mine went and applied for a job there just to see how it was ran and she was disgusted after her first shift. An older Asian lady was her trainer and did not mind showing her the nasty ropes of their trade. Crab falls on floor???pick it back up and put it in the buffet tray. Cockroaches? Keep quiet and just kill them . Customers complaining. Charge them anyways and called the cops on them. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE EVER AGAIN! 8/1/17

Place is disgusting. The sneeze guards always appear to be caked with a weeks worth of sneeze residue, some tables have napkins holding up a leg, salt and pepper shakers at the tables are sticky, service is poor, just to name a few. The food is hit or miss but Ive found if you go around 11:30 or so, the food is hot and fresh in anticipation of the lunch crowds who havent quite arrived just yet. Some of the fried stuff is overdone, the sushi looks old, the soup wontons are always stale and they have an out of order icecream machine. Id highly recommend Chef Wangs just down the street. Its not a buffet, but the food and service is 10 times better.

Im really not a fan of this place. Ive given it many tries as the first couple of times werent bad and actually seemed promising. I just dont like it. I feel dirty when I leave. The tables are sticky, as if they wipe them down with soda. The "sneeze guard" covering the food looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. The drinks are hit or miss. The decor is just terrible. The blinds covering the windows are wrecked as if no one cares to fix them. Place is way too big and the seating is pretty ridiculous. Im not writing this to be mean or to pick, but I am genuinely surprised that they pass their health inspection.

Horrible food and bad service. The shrimp had a bad smell. The green beans had a hair and I told one of the waitress. She grab it and said she didnt see anything and took my plate away. She said she would let them know but she didnt tell anyone. They didnt remove the green bean from the buffet and it had hairs in it. I asked them a question but the ignored us. Waitress brought the check told us how much we owe but didnt let us see the check and wanted us to pay her wouldnt let us go to the register. Two of the waitresses were talking about us before we left and ignored us as we were leaving.

Whoever these idiots are complaining obviously expect a five star restaurant out of a buffet. First of all the bathrooms are fine and the food is nowhere near over cooked. And I know over cooked I do it a lot. The food is great truly is. Service is what is to be expected from a buffet but very courteous. Hell of a lot better than Stevie Bs. These jackasses commenting are putting into jeopardy someones lively hood without consideration. Just because you had a bad experience on the whole you still are here. I will absolutely be returning. The only thing they could do better is serve beer

If I could give "0" stars..... But anyways. First and last experience. I was halfway through my sesame chicken then I noticed a FLY! BAKED(OR FRIED) into my chicken under the thick layer of sauce. So there is no way that a fly landed on it afterward. I called to get a refund and was denied because I called them the next business day. I still had a full plate and was willing to bring it to show them for a refund. But they declined. Im calling the health department. Word of advise. Watch what you put into your mouth.

They dont let you set wherever you choose , one of the ladies got my baby in trouble for standing on the floor she was not running she was simply standing and screamed at me and used a horrible tone . They charge too much for their food their chicken is dry i overall had a horrible experience once again .. the ladies just give you attitude and our waiter kept messing up our bill so she almost charged us 2 adults when it was just 1 adult .. good luck if you go !!

The food is made with the cheapest stuff. Dont expect good quality. Sweet tea tastes like ginger tea or "jail tea" as they would call it. Never eat here. One of the worst place to spend money at. The only good thing we had was the diet Pepsi. Its bad. The food is way too old. What kind of place has the hibachi meat already precooked. Thats just nasty.
