On June 13th, 2017 I ordered a turkey sandwich from this Panera using online ordering. I picked my sandwich bag up and checked to make sure sandwich, chips, and cookie were there. They were. I drove all the way home only to unwrap my sandwich and discover that it was a Tuna sandwich. Normally I would have just eaten whatever it was but I am allergic to Tuna - Epipen allergic. So I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get a new sandwich. I immediately and very calmly asked for the manager while stating my situation and asking for the General Managers card. The manager appear annoyed and just seemed like she didnt care. It looked like she didnt seem to comprehend how severe of a situation this could have been. I requested a new sandwich and it was made, but not too quickly. As a consolation prize, two rolls were thrown in the bag. Ok, thanks? The manager was taking too much time to locate a card so I walked out. As a I was leaving, the manager ran after me to say that she didnt have a GM card. I said no problem, I will contact somebody via the website. I did, and Panera never responded. Im not looking for free stuff, Im looking for accountability and to prevent this from happening in the future. Panera is lucky this happened to somebody who has a great sense of smell and immediately knew it was Tuna upon opening. So I decided to give Panera another chance today, July 2nd, 2017. Of course the order was wrong. They gave us a small lemonade despite "checking" (literally checking, receipt photo attached) that a large was given. They also gave my husband a salad dressing that was literally 1/8 full. He could barely scrape it out of the cup and had to use dressing we had at home. He got the Green Goddess Cobb, so of course the dressing is an integral part of that salad. My soup was also only 2/3 full. Again, pictures are attached. None of this was realized until we got home. Yes, my husband grabbed the lemonade, but I placed the order and he trusted them to give him the appropriate size, AS THEY SHOULD! We also shouldnt have to open the salad and check to make sure the dressing is full before leaving Panera. Its ok to glance at your order and make sure everything is accounted for, but I shouldnt have to unwrap every single item and check it - that is YOUR job!

I am extremely disappointed by the customer service I just received at this restaurant. I go out to lunch each Saturday with my 1 year old daughter. I decided to go to this location last weekend & thought I would do so again today. Big mistake. The cashier, the manager & the GM all went out of their way to treat me & my baby poorly. I ordered a drink, a sandwich, a kids meal & a pastry. I then asked if the side item that comes with the sandwich (bread, chips or an apple) could be substituted for mandarine oranges because my daughter can not eat the other options. They made this change very easily for my baby last week so I was quite surprised when, in front of all the other customers, they went out of their way to degrade me for this request. The manager finally said they would subtitute the side with "3 or 4 mandarine oranges just this one time". Come on, seriously? All I know is that Cherrys down the street gives children their ENTIRE MEAL for free on Saturdays. The Cheesecake Factory & The California Pizza Kitchen provide FREE sliced bananas - without you even having to ask, they just bring it. I will never step foot into this, or any, Panera ever again. BTW, every single time the food is provided the orders are wrong. This GM needs to focus his attention on his & his staffs customer service & order accuracy. In this economy you need to be treating your paying customers way better than the way my baby & I were treated today.

Unfortunately, this establishment has gone downhill over the years. The employees lack attention to detail to such an extent you can see that management (Haley) has lost control of her team. I wouldnt be taking the time to write this if I had not been treated with such disdain, on multiple occasions. I simply pick up an online order. I have zero interaction with these people, therefore, it shows Im not the one intentionally instigating this. If the employees could simply follow written instructions; they would not have to cop an attitude with us for their failures. I let it go the first couple times, but this last time was enough. New leadership is needed here.

Food was good. But they really need to train the staff to be a little friendlier (perhaps smile occasionally) and try to be more helpful to the customers that arent familiar with everything. Theyre great at ignoring people. Dont even bother to ask them a question about anything on the menu, whatever response you get (if any at all) will most likely be rude or snarky. Ive been to this location several times and I always feel like theyre kinda rude.

Worst Panera I ever been to, the cashier was rude, the chicken soup tasted awful, the pickel look like it was a week old, the Italian sandwich was tastless and made incorrectly and finally the coffee was full of coffee grounds. Nasty!!! Never again. Last time I seen employees and a restaurant this bad the manager was mistreating employees, if an area manager reads this check this store out. The Panera at the mall is 10 times better.

Soups are delicious always. Good selection. Their salads are subpar. I say this because the last four times, the lettuces, ie romaine, kale, spring greens have not been crisp and fresh. There is NEVER a reason to have any slimey pieces of lettuces, or old pieces. Today I actually had to toss half of the lettuce mix. Poor food prep, and food maintenance. Sticking with just their soups from now on.

I used to eat at Panera all the time, just not this one. Had a friend at work, and at least once a week, we would go have lunch at the Panera near the mall. 2 for Tuesday deal, or whatever that was called. Soup and sandwich, very tasty. There were always a bunch of hipsters in there though fiddling around with their wi-fi and whatnot. But, good food, clean environment, and excellent service.

The sandwich I ordered was fantastically tasty. I cant remember what it was called. It had chicken and a tomato and something else. Sorry. That sandwich was a first for me. Also, I received a birthday present, which I choose as a yummy cherry danish. The potato chips were crunchy good too. The whole meal was great and people always nice!

I am so angry right now. I just found a piece of plastic in my ceasar salad!!! I was actually chewing on it. It ruined my whole appetite! And all they asked me was did I want another salad. Are you serious! I am totally digusted right now.

This place is a wonderful location for studying or meet ups due to a casual atmosphere and great seating arrangements. Food is spectacular but there could be more variety. I recommend the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich.

They didnt have a soup that I ordered online, so I was asked to substitute which was fine. Manager gave me a free lemonade for the inconvenience. Great food, extremely friendly staff and fantastic customer service!
