We ordered subs online. (Because its suppose to save you a lot of hassle and be convenient) Two half subs. (Not an outrageous order) We chose to pick them up 40 minutes from when we ordered them. When we arrived, I still waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Only to find out that our subs were still not made. And they were out of white sub rolls. They then offered us mini sub rolls instead. FOR THE SAME PRICE!!! And no they didnt offer two in place of one. They didnt offer a discount for the huge inconvenience. NOTHING!! All they had to offer was a way smaller version of what we ordered, an hour later! Both my wife and I work in customer service and this is just very poor customer service. We ended up picking up a few items and leaving, very hungry and upset. When we got home we found out that the "seedless" grapes that we bought for our toddler had seeds throughout all of them. Just the icing on the cake. Thanks for nothing Publix. You are way too overpriced to have such terrible customer service skills.

The 1 star is directed mainly at the deli which is the slowest Ive ever been to out of a lifetime of going to Publixs all over the state. It took 40 minutes for me to get a sub and I got in line just before noon. This was on a Saturday so they should be prepared to be fully staffed but there was only one girl making subs and at a rate of five minutes for each sub. I know because I had nothing better to do while waiting in line so I timed her. There was no deli manager directing traffic and absolutely no one with the sense of urgency working behind the counter. I wouldnt even feel comfortable ordering something online in the future because the girl that was making those subs was continuously interrupted. So the chances of my sub being fresh when I showed up would probably be slim. For now on Ill just go somewhere else for lunch since theres plenty of options nearby.

Very upset! It take forever to order a sub. There were only one man tonight to do the subs. Poor Raul! He did his best but he was alone . You had Bobbi there that look like was doing the subs from online order. She is so slow to move that a turtle will pass her. She sees the big line but does not care. She takes her time and do not rush. She was probably told to do the online order only. I told her that I have been waiting for ever and if she could help Raul with the subs . She did not say a word, left for a few minutes, came back and around 5 minutes later, 2 people came to help. That Bobbi took half of the counter and those poor 3 guys had no space to do the subs. Bobbi should do those subs on the back. Your subs are very good but not worth the aggravation.

This publix doesnt get enough credit. First, I had one lady at the deli counter that told me it didnt matter if I asked for 500 or 1 single slice of cheese, she said shed be happy to do any quantity for me any way Id like it. Second the sushi at the fish counter is actually pretty good 95% of the time. They always have interesting combinations and can omit ingredients you dont want if you wanted to order one IF the attendant is present. It doesnt beat sushi in Japan obviously but it actually beats a lot of sushi Ive had in Orlando. Lastly, you occasionally learn some great factoids on produce with individuals with rare curiosities, namely, a cashier named Bradley. Very awesome publix.

The deli is so slow that even the rotisserie chickens that are supposed to be already made are not ready. This is the third time in a row i have went in there in the evenings and they have no chickens and the place is backed up into the other isle for deli food. Management really needs to take a good look at this department and get their stuff strait. Its so much of a burden to even move through thia section of the store in the evenings. Shopping is definitely NOT A PLEASURE here in the evenings. I would give no stars if i could. Nearly every review on here reads the same. If the company actually valued customer input thia would have changed a long time ago but it has only gottwn worse.

This is the worst publix ever, especially the deli department. The employees (with few exceptions) are not friendly, not helpful and are down right rude. Their products (mainly their custom subs) are sub par at best and they like to close up everything 2hrs before they are supposed to. This has become such a frequent acurance that I really dont wanna go back even though Im a 2 minute walk from this location. Oh and dont bother ordering online, they dont regard the pick up times at all. They will make it late or make it super early so it sits for 30 minutes before you get there, if they make it at all! Honestly, your better off offing to walmart or save-a-lot, at least youll save a buck.

Updaded review: This store still has the slowest deli of every publix I have ever been to and I have been coming here for a year. They are very polite and try their best but they need help in that department. You can get a great sub, but be prepare to wait. The people that work behind the customer service desk are very friendly and helpful. Sending money its easy and quick. Keep an eye on the weekly flyer sometimes they have really good deals but I find most prices a little high.

Although in the past Ive enjoyed this location, I cant get over how rude the employees who make the sushi have been multiple times to myself and others I know. Their signs state that they will make per request, but when explaining what is wanted (simply leaving out cucumber) they yell and say "no no no" loudly over and over and then move on to ignore any future conversation. Ive now found myself driving to the PSJ location where the Experience is much more pleasent.

Been brought to the attention of social media on how u treat a loyal customer this young man Im speaking of shops at your store daily and loyally .Im not talking once or twice a week in talking daily and because after shopping he sat on your bench and used your wifi which is free you threaten to get him in trouble for loitering .shame on you now youve lost my and my families business quit a few more loyal customers gone because of this .

Great Publix; Worst Deli. Ever. The skinny kid they have working the deli seems to not know how to cut bread or avoid drowning the sandwich in sauce. Cross contamination seems to be an issue, too, as their subs made me consistently ill. The rest of the store is great, but the failure boy that pre-soaks the bread in water and cant make an order on time to save his life is the worst employee Ive ever seen, anywhere
