I have had Einstein Bros Bagels before when coworkers have brought it in, so I wanted to try it out myself today. It wasnt a particularly busy day, but I was rushed through my order even though I told the guy I had never been there before (which would have been a great opportunity to promote the food and the brand). When I got the Caribou coffee, I was actually curious as to why a company with such high quality bagels would choose a company that sells crap for a beverage. My iced Chai Tea Latte wasnt mixed all the way when it was handed to me and it tasted like a bitter, syrupy mess. I got the Garden Bagel with egg white and ham, which was what was being advertised. Unlike the picture; however, my sandwich was thrown together. I also didnt know that it would be half of a bagel. I feel like I got half of what I paid for. The bagel itself was very delicious, but the whole thing fell apart when I tried to eat it so all the different tastes hit me at different times. I never got to enjoy the sandwich as a whole or see the appeal. It just goes to show you that staffing can really affect your business even if you sell a quality product. I dont think I will go to this facility again. There are much better breakfast bagel and coffee places in Tampa than this location.

Coffee is good and so was the food, got the pesto chicken on a potato bun while my daughter got the green chili club. Despite that, our experience wasnt great. The older gentlemen that was working with an older blonde woman were rude to us. Because our appearance and height we look slightly younger than we are, so they treated us both like children even though Im an adult with a 17 year old daughter. It was both rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location because of this, my experience was uncomfortable. After getting what we ordered, we sat down and the older woman kept staring at us. My daughter and I decided to move to a different seat seeing my daughter has high anxiety, so this was bothering her.. The woman still continued to watch us. It was to the point we rushed to eat our food so that we could get out of this unwelcoming environment. For this being our first time here, they didnt even give us a chance to look over the menu or anything. Even though no one was in line behind us or was waiting before us, we felt rushed. Giving 2 stars only because the food was good and so was the coffee, but the staff is terrible.

This place has earned two stars and not one ONLY because its delicious. I want to get food and coffee drinks here SO BAD, but I always leave feeling completely livid! Every time i try to go through the drive though its slow as f and I want to die and throw my drink against the building by the time I get it. One day I waited ten minutes on the side to get my drink (after ten minutes in the drive thru) then had to leave to get my child from dance lessons AND NEVER GOT MY DRINK. Like isnt the drive thru supposed to be at least semi quick? The second time was horribly slow and made me run late, again had to pull out of the drive thru and wait, but the food we ordered was exceptionally delicious. As a result, I was tricked into coming back. This time, its noon and theyre out of every bagel known to mankind. I was so livid. Like no Im not getting a bagel I dont even want when my top four choices dont exist and youll probably make me wait ten minutes. Go to hell Einstein bagels, with your deliciously tempting food and awful, rage inducing customer service.

I dont think mondays are good staffing days for them. The lines got really long. The guy in front of us ordered something for $2 and $7 and the cashier told him it was $15. He said how could that be and the cashier argued with him a bit before realizing that she had added more to his order by mistake. They got our order really wrong. They have us smaller drinks than what we paid for. It was made wrong and she had to make the drinks again. Its kind of an expensive beverage. I didnt ask for the right size because I already had to have her remake it once. My should have been untoasted bagel came out toasted with the wrong cream cheeses on top. I didnt want to fight with them over it so I ate it anyway. Why ask what I want if youre going to make it however you feel like anyway? Its pretty pricey for mediocre bagels and drinks.

Burnt coffee. Ordered the bagel, lox, cream cheese, onion, tomato - was skimpy on cream cheese, pieces of onion ends of tomato, not full slices. Figured the first time may have been an isolated incident but it wasnt, happened two different visits. Pricey for skimpy amounts. Have been to other Einsteins and they give a good amount of cream cheese and full slices. This location keeps the eating area as cold as a freezer so you wont stay long, plus the tables and chairs are extremely close together so you are eating on top of each other. Go elsewhere.

Tasted good but list prices and charge me the same thing every time please. I usually get three shots of espresso over ice and it comes to just under three dollars 2.67. Today they gave me only two shots and charged me three and a half $3.41. I told them and they did nothing. Only apologized. How about refund or give me a bagel since I was clearly overcharged. Bad decisions made by the staff today. Ill probably never come back. Go to the bagel shop on the corner of West village and South village. Best bagel Ive ever had.

Well lets start with they are out of all blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels before 9 a.m. Then they dont know the difference between vanilla and hazelnut in my coffee. And to top it off literally, the cheese comes out cold on your hot sandwich bagel. The manager walked by ask how everything was, and as we started to express our concerns just kept on walking out the door to smoke a cigarette. Guess thats more important than your customers. Only reason I give it two stars is because the actual Bagels tasted good.

Good bagels, hot coffee, sporadic service. When it first opened after the remodel, it took forever to get your food. Literally a half hour. Then over the past few months, it got a little, better, but occasionally the help would forget to give you water or the coffee you ordered. Today it took over 15 minutes for me to get a toasted bagel with butter. People that ordered 10 minutes after I did got served before me. Horrible service here. Wont be going back any more. Ill head to Starbucks down the road.

The place has great food but the staff are ridiculous! I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Then I went inside for faster service to only have someone who worked there walk right in front of my toddler son as Im holding the door for him almost knocking him down just because she was angry they had screwed up a customers order. The same lady who has a tattoo on her neck continued to be rude when we asked her for a straw! If you dont like working in fast food, dont!
