I have been a customer here for 8 years and was HIGHLY disappointed with my last experience on 4/11/14. I placed an order and the delivery guy delivered the wrong food. I called back to let them know that wed received the wrong order and that I wanted what Id paid for delivered to me. They asked me to return the wrong food to them which I obliged but dont unsderstand this practice since 1. Youve inconvenienced me 2. We have to wait another 30-45 min MORE for the right food and 3. What are you going to do with it? Throw it away or resale it? . After asking the order taker to remake the food, they actually sent the driver to my house asking for the wrong order back so that they could use it to make the dish we originally ordered. We ordered Garlic wings and they delievered regular fried chicken wings. They were so cheap that they wanted to take food from my house that is now cold and soggy back into the restauraunt (UNSANITARY) throw it in some sauce, cut it up and bring it back to us. I went BALLISTIC! The driver left and agreed with me that the managers request was insane and came back with HALF of what we ordered. The order was supposed to include fries but they only sent out the chicken which totally upset the kids stomachs that ate it. SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!

Despite all the bad reviews I decided to give China Fun a try since it was the only reasonable restaurant that delivered to my area and let me order online. Ordered at 1:20 arrived at 1:50. Ordered 3 lunch specials two general tso and one chicken & shrimp in chili sauce, got two general tso and one chicken in chili sauce. So when other reviews talk about the online menu getting mixed up is true. The food was really good, the rice was light unlike other restaurants with heavy on oil and salt rice. Add soy sauce to add more salt if youd like a saltier rice. My brother still enjoyed his meal even if it wasnt what he ordered. The chicken was different from that weird, stereotypical looking chicken every chinese restaurant uses in their chicken and broccoli. The general tso was the same as other restaurants, really good. My first time ordering and I loved it. Even if you see all those bad reviews its still worth a try, let You be the judge.

Went there for a fast late lunch, decided to eat there.After we ordered and sat down at a dirty table to wait all of them was dirty.The guy that took order sat at a table to play so very loud game on his tablet, as other people came in to order he never washed his hands.we got the food an my pork fried rice was burnt an nasty.My gf ordered two meals so she could have leftovers. I went a spoon when I took one out of the cup I got 3 stuck togather by dead bugs.I pointed it to the kid an left, within 20 min of being home got sic an still sic today. Gross place should have known better. JW

Eat at your own risk!!!! My son opened a small box of white rice and something fell out on to his plate. We had the lights dimmed a little and luckily the thing that dropped from the small container was noticed. It was about 25 staples stuck together. Yes that is correct, STAPLES!! I called and informed them of the issue and that they had no response. I never write reviews but I HAD, to make sure others were aware of this. Even if this is a one time thing, this could have done real damage if eaten. I will never go back and I will make sure others that eat here are aware of this.

Very good food. Went there tonight and ordered a Sesame chicken combo and steamed dumplings. Both tasted decent for a take out place. The people behind the counter seemed very nice and friendly. Restaraunt seemed in nice shape, so + on atmosphere for a take out place. Typical take out value, and was probably done in 10 minutes. So far, Ive only been to 2 chinese take outs in 33579 - the one in the publix plaza on corner of big bend and 301, and this one, and this one FAR surpasses the other one. +++ Nice sized portions.

Ordered a nice meal for my wife and I...Not sure if they know what customer service is though...The young girl who took our order on the phone was very rude. When I got there in person she was sitting down and aggravated she had to get up to get the food...when giving back our change she just handed it back without saying a word and went back to what she was doing... I think she needs a good lesson in understanding that their business exists because of customers like ourselves...She obviously hasnt learned that yet...

Worst Chinese Ive ever had and this place is garbage. Not only did they get our order wrong but when we called the lady got an attitude. Then when we went up there to fix it she got another attitude, didnt give us our sauces back, or our fortune cookies, or our egg rolls. Terrible customer service and the food isnt even good its dry and not what we wanted. Negative two stars from us.

I ate there in 5 minutes after I ate my stomach started to hurt so I had to go to hospital and get it pumped this is the worst restaurant ever dont ever go there I couldnt wait to go home to write this for me the one you now dont ever go to the restaurant or there it is the most disgusting place but u should here this,this is ever go to Chevron you can get a lot of snacks

Ordered from there today and was not very happy the fries were stale the bourbon chicken awful I hope it was chicken. My husband took one bite and threw it away.i always order from there an this time it was awful an when I tried to call back the line was busy for almost a hour. I dont know whats going on with this place but it used to be good. Not anymore

service is slipping. I dont find them friendly at all. They almost seem like they are doing you a favore by serving you. Food is average at best. Family of three eats for about $30. Also, dont pick up your food to early, because the owners kids will annoy the hell out of you. They run around and yell, run into you and this seems normal to the owners.

This is my go-to option for Chinese delivery, and I love that they allow online ordering. Ive found that even when requesting my food prepared extra spicy, it can sometimes taste tame - but always fresh and flavorful. The portions are reasonable for the price, especially during their lunch special from 11AM - 3PM. 4/5 - Would recommend!

Food quality has really declined. Had veggie fried rice, wonton soup, chop souy, and beef and broccoli. It was all flavorless even with soy sauce. Food is over priced for the portions. They also dont have a dinner plan such as an entrees and rice or noodle for a set price (which would be more affordable). I will never eat here again.

This wife is extremely rude! I ordered 4 honey wing dinners and was told to pick up in 15-20 minutes. They prepared garlic wings instead. The wife had the nerve to get pissed with ME when I asked for the order to be corrected! She refused to apologize, and I waited another 45 minutes!!!! Ill never order from this place again.
