Upon entrance we were asked to wait a few minutes, and after a few minutes we werent seated so we had to ask for assistance as she was busy washing the windows and there were open tables. When seated the server was rude, and with every question she seemed annoyed that we didnt know the menu. We inquired about the "Dutch Baby" and she seemed annoyed that we wanted to eat the 30 mins to try it. After 30 mins, she didnt even try to resolve the problem on her own (heck, we didnt even REALIZE there was a problem) and she had the manager get involved to bring us our EXTREMELY burnt dutch baby. It was SO BURNT it shouldnt have been brought to the table. The server sent the manager over to us, in which the manager said she was going to find out "why it happened" and I had to tell her- I dont care why because it SHOULDNT happen! So I handed her the plate and told her to take it away. Smh. Dont come here. Even Dennys is better than this!!!

Beyond pathetic service. Was sat at a table and waited 15 minutes before our waitress said she would be with us shortly,mind you the restaurant is less than half empty on a monday morning. 3 other tables were sat and had drinks already and we watched them be seated as we waited. After 20 min we placed our food order with our drinks. It gets better. After another 25 min for pancakes and eggs, waitress brings out the adults meals while the simple childs plates took another 5 min. My food was ice cold. Beyond disgusting! Spoke with a manager and had them remake the food.another 10 min go by. After everything i didnt ask for any type of discount or free food. But i did have a 20 percent off coupon. I was told it couldnt be used because i had kids meals. WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!!

Great service and great food. The nice perk about going here is the orange juice machine where you can watch your orange juice being made. Fresh oranges are used to produce the juice. Lisa is a great server here and she makes sure that when youre dining that you get everything you need. Food comes out quick which ia great if you need to get the kids a quick bite before school or are running to work. We are a military/ Marine Corp family and The Original Pancake House offers a dsicount to us which is greatly appreciated especially while my husband is stationed in Japan for the year. Thank you Original Pancake House for making my one year olds and my mornings a little brighter! Food is important. Start your day off right with this place!

We just had a great breakfast at Original Pancake House on Northlake Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens. Tracy was our server. She got the order just right and it was delivered fast and cooked perfectly. They are one of the few restaurants in town that still serve crispy shoe string hash browns. Their Belgian waffle with strawberries, strawberry syrup and whipped cream is delicious and so is their thick bacon. If you are looking for a really cheap breakfast go elsewhere. But if you want a tasty breakfast and great service this is the place to come. We find their food and service to be consistently good.

On Tuesday morning filled 10% capacity sat and has been 20 minutes and no has attended us and still waiting. Not even coffee offered. Thayer are not busy just lazy. We had to leave, on the way out the manager did ask if we were help! Replied polite and just walked out to Dunkin Donuts in the corner the shopping center. I dont understand how this place can be so empty and just ignore you for 20 minutes. They see us waiting in the table and just walk by lime if we werent there. If you want to feel invisible one day just walk into The Original House of Pancake. Im sure They can accommodate.

Lousy. They waited until the last minute to seat us. They seated people who came in before us ahead of us. They put me between a screaming baby & another little kid. When I asked to be moved, they tried to put me at a table with a baby high chair. When my meal came (French Toast) it was barely cooked. I could have gotten food poisoning from a barely cooked egg. They took it off the check & I ate one of my mothers pancakes. They never asked if I wanted something else. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Sun, Feb 26, 2017 at 10:45/11:00 AM.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Do not waste your time visiting this new PALM BEACH GARDENS LOCATION of the Original Pancake House. The pancakes were served overcooked and burnt, and the manager on duty (MICHAEL MANGOLD) was totally rude and obnoxious about it, with no clue as to how to deal with customers. It was one of the worst experiences i ever had! That aside, the prices were also extremely high for what you get. Do yourself a BIG favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE." Such a shame, as the area really needed a good place for breakfast.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this restaurant. There was no hostess to greet my party as we entered, we had to wait behind two other parties that had already been waiting for sometime. The wait staff was horrendous and the manager was unreceptive to critism. He was unaware of the terrible food leaving the kitchen. Even if the food was good, the menu was overpriced, especially for it being solely a breakfast place. I recommend that no one patronize this establishment.

Very first time here. Server was rude and short with us when we asked questions and took a long time to bring out what was ordered. The food was subpar at best. I was willing to excuse the crappy service if the food was good but my dutch baby was burnt. My breakfast sandwich was cold and the omlette was meh. They werent even busy! Pleanty of open tables. We wasted almost 2 hours of our lives and should have just walked out on them. Dont bother at all. Not worth it.

Lisa is always personable but very professional. Good attentive manner without feeling like we are being swarmed and invaded. We enjoy coming often and she makes it better. Everything was tasty. Many special items are on the menu. Crepes are great, love the apple pancake and farmers fruit stand but today I had the huevos rancheros. My friend had a senior special. Very good value but charged for peanut butter. Silly. Fresh juice is wonderful

We came here for breakfast on 8-20-17. There was a wait the hostess had a real hard time keeping up with the demand. The manager got involved and we got seated promptly. Our server was Andrew and he was awesome. Right on the money. He was courteous, efficient kept checking on us filling coffee as soon as we started getting low. Very friendly. He made our experience there worth the wait. Would definitely go back.

So I ate at the original pancake house yesterday and it was the most amazing experience Ive ever had I love coming in there because Jennifer and Andrew are just such positive people and I love having them serve me because I leave there a lighter person soul wise... not weigh wise cause I stuff my face with pancakes I just have to say that I will definitely be coming back because I just love those two servers so much!
