Ive really been a fan of this establishment since it opened and find their food to be consistently good. I realize today, 11/13, was a busy day for your kitchen with two staff members calling out sick but that is no excuse for poor customer service. We sat down and quickly ordered our food, simple French press coffee, acai bowl and avocado toast, at 11:30am and we didnt get our food until 12:40pm. 45 minutes in and after being told it would be coming out soon our waitress let us know the ticket wasnt put in. Again, I realize mistakes happen but nothing was done to make up for it, they gave us a vegan cookie after we looked visibly hungry and fed up. Additionally, our French press coffee container was taken from our table half way through "because they needed it back." We still had coffee in it and we were given attitude (not by our waitress but the woman manning the counter) when we let her know we werent finished. When the food came out there was no apology made and we were asked to pay immediately. They forgot our sanctum shots which were still on the bill and no offer for a bill reduction. People around us were encountering similar situations and the other waitress(possibly manager) tried using us an example of other people that got screwed but eventually got their food, which is unacceptable. I will not be returning due to this experience and will recommend other places in the area to friends and family solely because of the lack of customer service here.

I came here with my sister specifically because it has tons of vegan options and I heard it was women-owned (its A Day Without A Woman today). I had heard about this place before but the prices made me pause, and boy was I wrong! Im a vegan with allergies (yeah, Im fun.), so its always scary to try a new place. The servers are so well informed, so I felt safe and not like I was inconveniencing anyone. What a great menu- long enough to have tons of options but only one page so I wasnt overwhelmed. I got the Sushi bowl and was SO happy my server made sure to check for tree nuts because their wasabi has nuts in it. So she saved me from a potential deadly reaction. It was absolutely delicious!!! Like, eat yourself into a coma style amazing. And those bowls are deceptively huge, so I ended up feeling like $14 for a bowl was a deal! It also was so healthy that I felt great eating it but it kept me full for the rest of the day. The outside has some seating along the pretty painted wall with shade, which is perfect for a nice day. And there is plenty of seating inside. My sister got the Micro bowl and was also blown away. We even had enough left over to bring home to her husband! I cant wait to go back and try some of the other options. Even my carnivorous husband is excited to try it!

Trendy ambiance & menu. However, a night out turned into a 15min wait for 2 lattes, then more than 60 additional minutes for food though only 5 tables (inside & out) were occupied. Everything was very tasty, presentation was great, and server was nice & bubbly (offered extra drinks for the wait after 45minutes) but the sedona bowl had 6 thumb-sized tempeh cubes, handful of greens, some quinoa and maybe 2TBSP roasted sweet potatoes and 2 of beets on the bottom, a bit of shredded cabbage (that was slaw), and no more than 20 corn KERNELS and 7 pepita seeds in the ENTIRE $14.50 bowl garnished with cilantro. Wifes sushi bowl ($13) had literally 4 HALF-slices of radish, 5 pinky-finger length strips of nori, maybe 3inches of a peeled carrot, 6cubes tempeh, 2TBSP Edamame, half a small avocado, some greens and rice and maybe 2TBSP sweet potatoes on the bottom. Total bill came to $50. We dont mind paying for quality food and can look past a kitchen having a bad night but this felt more like Greedy price gauging (PS- everything is NOT organic) vs ejust pricd higher because of quality. We left feeling used & still hungry.

Really delicious and healthy plant-based bowls, salads, and pastas. Our waiter was also exceptional -- he was pleasant, friendly, efficient, and helpful with menu suggestions. I tried the Sedona, which was a bowl filled with greens, beets, sweet potatoes, black beans, and other veggies, and topped with a house ranch dressing and vegan cheese drizzle. Really yummy and not heavy at all, even with the sauces. My husband had the "taco," which also had lots of greens, tomatoes, avocados, corn, brown rice, tortilla chips, and a delicious light sauce. The hot herbal tea was soothing. We enjoyed sitting outside although that may be less enjoyable during summer. The indoor decor was trendy and nice. My only very minor complaints were that there was no indication about fat or calorie content on menus. Also we couldnt tell if the patio was smoke free. We feel it is extremely important that no smoking signs be added to make that policy clear. Still, overall, five stars all the way!

The vibe of this place was just wrong. It was about as authentic as a tattoo of a feather bursting into birds. Mediocre food isnt great by slagging on a hefty price tag. Its more of an uppity stay at home mom/college girl joint after their yoga session. Not being greeted when entering this cookie cutter etsy restaurant was the first strike. Customer service was horrible all around. Then, the prices were steep for what it was. Ive been to a good number of vegan places that can claim their menu is in fact nonGMO. Sanctum has a disclaimer on their menu, basically saying theyll use nonGMO if and when they can. You can physically build a restaurant using a formula, but it wont last without drawing a bit outside of the lines.

My wife and I frequent this place. We go maybe a little too much and we spend maybe a little too much money here but it is worth every penny. This is truly gourmet farm to table food! Fresh and innovative meals. Vegan centered dishes. Flavorful salads and Fresh vibrantly flavored bowls. Modern and chic decor. Homey yet elegant at the same time. The staff is lovely and inviting. They smile and laugh. They genuinely love working here. Ive brought friends to this location and theyve loved it. I love a nice cocktail with my meals and their smoothies are great! Eat here! 5 stars! Id give 10 stars if I could.

The food was good, but fairly expensive and not particularly filling. It smells like one of those "health food stores" on the inside, fortunately they have a nice shaded patio area for outside eating to escape the smell. Our waitress was nice, professional and energetic but that seemed to be the exception rather than the rule for the staff (especially the energetic part, a lot of the staff seemed positively mopey). Overall, youre paying substantially extra to know "exactly where your locally-grown food is coming from." If thats worth it to you then youll enjoy this place, but it isnt my cup of tea.

They have my favorite food in town... however they are inconsistent. Sometimes the wrong sauce is put on that mismatches and it is impossible to eat. I end up throwing out $15 meal. I also cant count on how many veggies are in the bowl. Sometimes it is basically nothing but cheap beans, rice, and lettuce greens with a couple spoons of the good stuff. Other times is a good amount of the good stuff. I wish they wouldnt put salad on top of the pasta. I dont know anyone that likes that. Sometimes the staff are great and sometimes it is the lazy rude staff.
