I went to this place, ordered a pizza, a slice of coconut cake, and a water. Cost me $14, and trust me the pizza was a personal sized pizza. The cake looked delicious, but upon tasting it, it was disgusting! I told the manager that the cake was nasty and tasted old, he assured me in a nasty way that the cake was no more than two days old and offered me some other nasty dessert they had in the window. I declined and asked for some bottled water instead, I asked how many waters I could get for the price of the dessert, he nastily said how am I supposed to know how many waters a dessert equals? Gee, I dont know...duh, cause you work here! Then he barked at me to get two waters, which I did and left. Never to return again. They were overpriced and jerks! Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

Very pricey for the value. Food tasted good but was not extraordinary. I had the Grouper with the Crab Risotto and it tasted good but it didnt blow me away. The portions are very small. They have a half and a full portion, for sure get the full size which is still small. I ordered the Coquito drink and it was very good and strong. The stuffed deep fried olives were ok, but they needed like a sauce or something to dip them as they were a little dry. The breads were ok and not served warm which to me bread should be warm but that is my personal preference. The pistachio gelato was very good and a nice ending. Very good service and courteous staff. Overall not bad but a little pricey for what you get.

My boyfriend and I went to Primo for his birthday. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. From the menu we were expecting a stuffy, pretentious service. We were pleasantly surprised by a warm, fun, and knowledgeable staff. The crowd appeared to be mostly business people staying at the hotel (the restaurant is in the lobby) and a table of adult vacationers (which is nice if you find the Disney set grating at dinner). The best part of Primo is the really great food (lots of local ingredients) without the overly pretentious service and hovering waitstaff that you usually find at upscale restaurants. We will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

5-stars based on an Orlando scale...the pasta was really good and the half orders were decent portion. So far the best restaurant in the Marriott/Ritz complex. I also liked the pork specialty but was too full to really enjoy. Going back again tonight with the wife and sharing three half orders of pasta (nothing else). BYOB is fully accepted at this resort complex so grab a nice bottle from Total Wine and enjoy (25$ corkage is worth it)

Great farm to table Italian restaurant. Rigatoni pasta was outstanding! Award winning pork saltimbocca was great! As was the zeppole and cannoli! Update - Second time here and great again! Also had server Jodi again, and he was great! Seasonal Arancini and Cacio e Pepe was outstanding! Great all around restaurant in the JW...service, food and ambiance. However, you do pay for and worth it! Love it!

The best dining experience I have had in Orlando. I am native and prefer this to other upscale restaurants. Chef Rodriguez and the three chefs in the kitchen answered any questions we had as foodies and we can back the next night to sit by the action as they cooked.

The service and the food are both spot on and could not be better. I have eaten at Primo atleast 50+ times and never had a bad meal or poor srevice. I can say with all honesty this is my favorite restaurant in Florida and in my top 10 in North America.

The waitresses were distracted and unprofessional. The food was nowhere near as good as the restaurant in the adjacent Ritz (Normans). In fact, the food was on par with a local coffee shop. The decor is beautiful though.
