Great food but POOR customer service and delivery. I recently placed an order for a wrap and side of quinoa from Pura Vida that resulted in a very disappointing experience. I love the healthy food Pura Vida offers but Im not at all impressed with not receiving what I ordered and then not being refunded for it. A few weeks back I ordered a wrap and a side of quinoa from Pura Vida and received only the wrap. When I called the location to inform them theyd forgotten part of my order they quickly assured me that theyd send a driver with the side order. A few hours later, after Id already eaten my meal, I get a call from their driver stating that she was on 38th and Collins and that it would be some time before she made it back down to my area, South of 5th, due to the stormy weather. I said that was fine and thatd Id be waiting for her... she never stopped by. I call the next day to inform them of the previous days events and that I wanted a refund for the side order. They apologized and went ahead and "refunded" the amount. I say "refunded" because the gentlemen said hed refund it and took down all my information but I still have not been refunded. Im not at all upset about the fact that I lost $5 worth of food but more so the fact that they care very little of their customer service and delivering items that were previously paid for. Im a little hesitant about ordering from these guys again I dont want a repeat of what happened.

Ive been coming here for many years. Recently it looks as if it was purchased and revamped. The place looks so much better now. I do have a couple of suggestions to make this place even better. 1) Put the menus at the front door, too many people awkwardly trying to get ahead of the line to get the menus. If they dont already know what they want, by the time they make it to the front of the line and get a menu, everyone is waiting for ten to decide. The place gets VERY busy at peak times. 2) Cashiers to give a little direction after an order is placed. If you order food and coffee, you get lost in not knowing if the coffee is to be picked up at the side bar, or if its coming with the food. Usually the side bar is packed with people so picking it up is a pain. 3) Outdoor seating is nearly non existent. This is such a pain, as I dont know why there isnt more iutdoor seating. There are only a few seats inside, and the outdoor seating is so little it leaves you perched like a vulture waiting for someone to get up and free their space. 4) Plastic ware is really bad. Its definitely the cheapest plastic ware money can buy. I can hardly cut anything or spoon anything with it being so flimsy. The plastic ware dispensers with the levers and black utensils are so much better, and considering the quality of the food and the price attached, you should be entitled to better utensils when eating.

Piacevole.

I would give this place a 3.5 if I could. Four stars because it is rare to find a place doing healthy, quality and taste, but 3 stars because of the value for your money. For example, the oatmeal comes with fruit and chia seeds, but the amount of chia seeds is barely enough to notice once mixed in. Also, the oatmeal itself wasnt anything special as far as taste and how it was cooked, but the fresh fruit on top is again, what makes this place stand out. Since it is almost the only game in the SoFi neighborhood (check out Dirt as an alternative) it certainly does something right, but I think it could improve on the value it offers for the prices it charges.

I really love this restaurant because they have a lot of vegan and healthy options. The portions are a decent size as well. Its not often that you go to a health food place in find a good assortment of desserts. All the why didnt order its, they offered a vegan carrot cake which I will go back and try the next time I go. I ate the vegetarian wrap and it satisfied me, the sauce they put on it is really good. I also ordered there split pea soup before my rap and it was the perfect mix. Its in a trendy location in Miami Beach in a section called the south of fifth period although a bit pricey, Im definitely going back.

Loved it!! Owner was there on Sunday and was very friendly and inviting and involved in his products. You can tell his passion about healthy food and the food was amazing! I want to see them grow and open more locations all over Miami! And yes this food is more expensive but it is actually good for you and full of nutrition. If you like fries and bacon and greasy eggs get the 4 dollar specials in ocean drive:) it was totally worth it and anytime Im in south beach this is where I will eat. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!! Keep up the concept and the great service!!

We had the hot lunch plate and the 1/2 pita with soup and a drink. The hot plate was a soup which was delicious (watercress soup). There was brown rice with chicken. And a kale Salad with strawberries and nuts. The 1/2 pita was the chicken volcano pita which was AMAZING!!! The soup was the same watercress soup which was amazing as I mentioned before. And I had the acai drink which was mixed with bananas. So so good. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

This was going to be a bad review because it took nearly 20 minutes to get oatmeal and coffee and we were practically the only ones in the place.... buuut, the guy making drinks turned it around after he delivered the oatmeal to my table (one of two tables inside) and offered to bring me walnuts. Food is clean and very good. Reasonably priced as well. You might experience delays in getting your food so be patient.

Best place to go for a healthy meal choice in Miami! The acai bowl is really amazing, fresh, and delicious! One time I went they charged me for water and the girl who charged me said to pick any water size, I suppose that was very nice of her. (Dont really know if she charged me for large or small, but still the thought that maybe she charged whatever for it was nice) Honestly, I love this place.

I order delivery from here more than any other place in Miami ...usually a few times a week. I always order the same salad, every now and then a pita . The food is extremely consistent , reliable, FRESH , healthy and good . Ive never once had a problem with the quality or taste of the food both of which are excellent . Delivery is also fast and reliable... The pura vida sauce is addictive
