Their bakery items are absolutely amazing....the best Ive ever had HOWEVER, their customer service is bad. Im particularly referencing the lady at the counter. Most of times I go in there, she has an unpleasant attitude. I remember one time I called and nicely explained to her that I loved their cupcakes, but with their business hours closing at 4 during the week and closed on the weekends, Im unable to go out there. Their hours are aligned with the hours of most businesses, thus most people are working when they are open. She responded rudely, "well, if you want it that bad, youll find a way to get them." I was taken back by her comment, as it was so unprofessional. Further, I ordered several cupcakes and asked her for some napkins, she acted like it killed her to give me some, hence her reason for only giving me one. Mind you, my children and I were going to eat cupcakes WITH ICING on the go and we all know how messy it can be. What are we supposed to do with 1 napkin??? And then had the nerve to be talking about attending church.....hopefully to get delivered from that bad attitude! Their bad customer service and odd hours have resulted in me only going there occasionally.....I mean, I have to be really desperate and badly craving their cupcakes to go there. The guy on the other hand is very pleasant, but he rarely works the front counter. I believe he works in the back....baking their items.

I live in NYC where we have amazing bakeries, but none compare to this! We ordered a pineappple coconut cake and it was beyond delicious! We tasted the red velvet and it was perfection. Dont miss a chance to order from these folks: the best cakes youll ever have.

Treats worth every calorie. Get there as early as you can; goods are baked early in the morning and are usually out the door before lunch! I recommend the red velvet cupcakes.

Used to be a great place to buy inexpensive baked goods like cakes, cookies, cupcakes. Last few times I have gone it has been stale or overcooked.
