Hit or miss...mostly miss in the last couple of years. It is almost as though the employees have never had a real Krystal burger made the way it is supposed to be made. You know, the way that made them famous. For decades we went monthly or so but not in the last couple of years. In that time period we only go about twice a year and it is usually pretty sorry at this location. The help seems nice enough but really a dot mustard, a speck of onion and a dry overbaked bun and tasteless meat is not what built this brand. The mustard must cover the meat, the onions must be generous and the bun must be steamed. Period. Please fix this location like it used to be back in the day.

Horrible customer service! Lied to me twice that my order was started! I ordered at 9:26....20 minutes waiting i asked again if my order was ready and they said it was being started...9:52 the told me again it was just getting started... i wasted 30 minutes waiting for them!!!! Thier excuse was bike week...the dinning room was empty and not one biker was in there!!!! I will be contacting corporate about this!!! I am a regular saturday customer that they know! The first time i was in they ask me to do call ahead order and they dont even pick up the phone for that! Thank you for wasting my time!!!

I ordered a number 6 which includes 2 krystal burgers n 6 boneless wings...first off I would like to state there was rarely any meat on my so called burger..2 I wanted buffalo wings n istaead I got BBQ..They gave me 5 wings n one little piece of "meat"..rarely had flavor the fires were not fresh...I dont kno what is going on but it needs to be fixed please..never spending my money there AGAIN!

WORST SERVICE EVER. They werent busy and we waited in the drive threw for over 30 minutes. We get up to the window, PAY and then are told they dont have bread to make our burgers?! All the employees were gossiping and on their phones and laughing and goofing off. We then waited 10 minutes for our refund. This is unacceptable and we will NEVER be back to this location. Do not go here.

I was heading from daytona to orlando and stopped at this location around 1230 at night. I ordered a chilli cheese fry and she said it would be $3 or so. I handed the lady my card. I usually dont look at the receipt. Next day I look at my account to find she charged me $21. I believe I bought that night crew dinner. Last time I dont look at the receipt.

If I could give less stars I would. Dirty store, bland food. She only rang up half of our order and everyone seemed to be too busy making conversation with their friends to care about the customers needs. Upon leaving, some of the employees were in the parking lot apparently re-enacting a scene from straight outa Compton. I shall not return.

Thw burgers were too small. They was thin as wind. The fries was decent but they could of been better. They were a little to thin as well. The survice at this location was some what decent but they need more workers there and it took my food awhile to get done and it wasnt even good enough. I rather eat at MacDonald anyday

The lady who took our order did not smile at all she wasnt mean but she wasnt pleasurable at all. And it was very upsetting that she waited til she got my money to then let me know itll be a 10 to 15 minute wait for our food. And the ladies restroom looked dingy and unsanitary. The food was good though...

Food and service were ok as usual. However, I was the only customer and there were cars parked up close to the building some near the door. These had to be employee cars. The employees should park away from the building and leave the spots near the building for the paying customers. Just my opinion..,.

Horrible service! Had to pull up in the drive thru and waited 10 minutes went in and my food was just sitting on the counter getting cold. I asked them to give me my food and they said some one else needs to hand it to me and started taking someone elses order. I got my money back and left

1st....the lady manager? at the register was absolutely professional and welcoming. The food expectation was surprisingly met with good taste and the value was good. I upgrade my best w/a Oreo Mike shake and wow was it also good. This was our 1st time in a Krystal and now NOT our last.

the woman that took the order was rude and didnt wait till I was done ordering to give me the total. she took the money but completely ignored the fact I was holding change. a different woman brought the food she was friendly. the buns were hard and the corn dogs were over cooked.

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes before they took our order then pulled up and they told us to park in a parking spot that they would bring the food. Sat in the parking spot another 10 minutes before I went inside to get a refund. Slowest place ever. Will not be back.

Id never eaten at a Krystal before today. Its sort of an inferior White Castle, which isnt really that good anyway. The burgers were bland, with grey meat. The chicken sandwich was much better, but nothing special. Service at this location was fine.

Clean restaurant, Friendly and Respectful Staff. The entrance is readily accessible from the road and the signs are easy to view while driving. All in all great and convienant place to grab a quick bite to eat while travelling.

10:40am order a dozen cheese and 2 drinks. 15 minutes to get to window. Pay and get drinks. Asked to park and they will bring out food. Now 11:10 and people behind us have food and gone. Still waiting and they say soon.

From walking in the door to getting my food took 32 mins, it was a basic order of just the #1 combo meal. There was only 2 people in line in front of me... At least now I know to avoid this place next time Im in Daytona.

Waited in drive thru behind a car that was trying to get someones attention.... They drove up to window while I called took over 30 rings to get someone... Then she responded and said the headset was off---- really?!?!?!

Was away in the northeast for 11yrs. Came back and tried the Krystals in Titusville. It was ok but not what I remembered. THIS one was GREAT though ! Just how I remembered them & with super friendly staff. Yummy !
