I am vegetarian so I like that RR will serve any burger as a boca or a garden veggie burger. They will also substitute salad for fries without an extra charge. The onion ring tower is good and fun. The rings are average but hot and crispy and worth the @$7 you will pay. The dipping sauces (ranch and something like a spicy ranch) plus the presentation (They are really stacked like a tower) make them a treat. The service is very friendly. I like the seating, even the mini booths. The layout diffuses sound enough that unless you are near an unusually rude person, you should not be able to hear their conversation. The noise is just blurred - very acceptable. My only complaints are too small to actually be called complaints...They include inconsistency in the salad. For example, sometimes it is served with a fantastic tortilla topping and other times it just comes with plain ole boring croutons, so you might want to specify that you want those...trust me; you want those. Also, I dont know if it is the server or the policy but the hot fudge sundae has such a small amount of hot fudge, they should probably just call it vanilla ice cream. The hot fudge on two sundaes so far has been more like a fudge ripple. It does not ooze and run down the ice cream the way it should but is more like something that was applied between layers of ice cream. To solve that just ask your server for extra hot fudge when you order. They are happy to make it the way you want it. Apart from that tiny little insignificant complaint, the place is very clean and upbeat. The servers and the manager are appreciative of your business and will remind of that every visit. UPDATED REVIEW: Although I had some reservations in my earlier review for Red Robin, I believed most were isolated customer service issues that were unlikely to continue. Since my earlier review I have gone back to Red Robin twice. On one occasion it was moderately busy on the next it was very slow. In fact, our server said our table was her only customer. What did both visits have in common? Our order was incorrect. I asked the server before I ordered about the salad that should come with the burger when you decline fries. She told me the salad with the nacho topping should accompany the customers burger when they choose salad instead of fries. However, she said "Most servers are lazy and just grab the crouton salads because they are already made." I asked if I could the one that is supposed to come with the meal. She said "Of course." On both occasions they brought me the wrong salad. Petty on my part? I would say "yes," except that the taste of the salad you are SUPPOSED to get is greatly enhanced by the topping and once you taste it, boring old croutons just wont do. Plus, lets remember it is not a special order but rather is supposed to be standard. As for the bottomless fries, good luck with that. On both visits the server did not offer more fries until the order had been long gone and it was time to go. That was my last visit. Hope your experience is better.

Meals are around $10 (plus drink), but for that, you get a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. If this is anything like the Red Robins around the country, this place should do well in the area. For those of us who dont quite like Mayo on everything, remember to tell them not to add it.. Tried the Bonzai burger on my last visit. A little hard to eat as the lettuce kept falling off, and the pineapple isnt cut in a way that it doesnt come out like an oversized tomato slice. Flavor was good and interesting.. Bottomless beverages* and Steak Fries. Finally, a restaurant in Port Orange that knows how to cook French Fries. Id almost forgotten what they tasted like. Parking gets interesting during rushes, so plan to be there 4:30pm on Weekdays. Handicapped access is hard at this location. Low tables with chairs are in the back of the restaurant, but there are about 12 tables for 2-4 people there. Most booths you have to step up to, and their are some high-tops in the bar area. Very friendly staff, including Managers. Havent really gotten to know the staff as well as at other restaurants, but they are still adjusting. Must be hard being directly across the way from another burger joint, but that is what the Port Orange pavilion did.. Burger place across from a slightly different Burger place, Ice Cream place across from a Frozen Yogurt, Pizza across from Pizza.. But wait, only one Grille? Guess what parking space you find may dictate where you go. Seems like the only non one-way driving in the pavilion. As for getting back to the highway, worry about that after the meal, its an adventure in itself.

Been there done that - but not really needing to go again. I think its a "when in Rome situation" for Red Robin, we were in the area so checked it out. Service: 4.0 Seated promptly, servers are efficient and friendly. The Manager tag-teamed the serving with our server as the establishment was very busy. Burger: 3.5 (I had the A1 Peppercorn Burger) I guess I was expecting a gourmet type burger experience, it is okay, meat is fresh etc., Bun was fine...but truthfully the burger tasted bleh (just mediocre) not great - not bad either. Onion Rings 5.0 - by far probably some of the best onion rings I have ever tasted French Fries: 2.5 - these are EXACTLY like the McCain Frozen Steak Fries..... Clam Chowder: 3.2 a bit better than mediocre canned soup - but nothing spectacular soup-wise...a bit like Campbells clam chowder (in taste and consistency) with some extra clam bits thrown in (would be the best description) Freckled Lemonade: 3.5 - a bit on the sweet side but certainly enjoyable still Slaw: 3.0: mediocre / bland slaw Our server was busy so I only had one refill on my drink and between the burger, fries and onion rings and the drink being HALF ice - it wasnt enough service to wash down the meal (so that was disappointing). All in all - I guess I am glad I went since there arent too many Red Robin locations, but now that I have been there done that - I will be trying somewhere else now.

I truly think out of all the burger joints this place has the best burgers bar none. when you join there club . they have buy 9 burgers get one free. if you go out with a family of 4 after two visits your eligible for your free burger on the 3rd visit. and they dont skimp on the free burger either. You can order there double size monster burger and that could be a free burger too. Also on your birthday the person who signs up for the club card gets a free burger too. oh and did I mention endless fries? not those tiny little shoe strings frys but the thick steak fries. If youre on a diet forget this place.but if youre hungry ? this is the place for you...

My husband and I LOVE Red Robin! Especially since this location offers gluten free burger buns. Its very difficult to eat out most of the time, much less at places that serve mostly sandwiches, but we always enjoy eating at the Port Orange Red Robin! The staff is always attentive and ready to help with our special need, and the food is always top notch. We try to visit at least once a month, if not more! Its definitely a must if you are in Port Orange! (And again, we cant say THANK YOU enough to Red Robin and any other restaurant that has gluten free options available, and knowledgeable staff! THANK YOU!)
