I just finish eating what I ordered. I stopped by since it was the first time I buy there. I order the chicken wings with the pork fried rice and a pizza roll on the side. The wings were ok, had better. The pork fried rice needed more time, I could still taste like steam rice (how the do it), besides it had no flavor, and the pizza roll needed more time in the fryer, there were some parts of the pizza roll that were not cooked right and with no flavor. The lady behind the counter needs to learn more about customer service, she talks at you and looking some other way, I also had the experience to witness how she talks to people on the phone. I now have a clear idea of how she would treat me if I were on the phone ordering something. Not really going back there. LADY, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE OF THE JOB YOU HAVE, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, GET ANOTHER ONE. PEOPLE WHO BUY THERE ARE ACTUALLY PAYING YOUR BILLS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

After ordering from here over the last two years, Id like to say that their service is better than most other places. The food gets here quickly, Ive never had an order come missing something and the food hits the spot. As for some (not all) of the bad reviews about whoever were speaking to, Id personally like to say that customers need to remember how busy take-out restaurants can be at times. Know what you want to order before calling, dont be the person who asks too many questions and dont let the "customer is always right" statement cloud your ego. And as for delivery, remember that just because theyre open, delivery may not always be available. And dont forget that drivers can always call out. Smile More!

My girlfriend and I always order from here when we want delivery. We really do appreciate that they deliver out to New Castle, when their restaurant is located in the Bear area. Not many places around here that claim they deliver - really dont deliver. The prices are fairly priced compared to their competitors around the area. One thing we really appreciate, the fast service! When they say 25-30min, theyll be here within that time range. The foods amazing by the way! I always get chicken and broccoli, and I cant complain! A lot of places cant seem to get the chicken right and the flavors correct, but they do here! Great job you guys!

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I call in and ask for a delivery and the lady say the driver just left no delivery. So I said I would pick it up and and she takes my order but because I ordered chicken wings she says sorry but we are close now....Im like WHAT!? I have dealt with how rude she was in the past because of the convenience of their location but this is it Im done! I would NOT recommend this place EVER!

Food is okay, but the lady who works there is always so rude. She treats you as if youre a nuisance. I tried to put it behind me but the last time I called for delivery she said they dont deliver, only pick ups, when I know for a fact they deliver and it even says it on their menu. "We Deliver (Min. $12.00)". Im tired of the way she talks to me. They definitely lost mine and my familys business. Theyre definitely NOT the best food in town.

RACIST! They refused to take a phone order from me because supposedly "young black people" dont pay for larger orders they call in. I have never been so insulted in my life. The "black people" comment where her words. I have been a repeat customer since 2003 and will NEVER COME BACK! And just so you know, putting up with their racism is remedied by them offering a free 2 litter Sprite.

Yes, there are linguistic and cultural obstacles to overcome but once you get to know them, they are actually very nice people. Not that any of that effects the taste of their food. As most Chinese restaurants in the area hands down cheap, very low quality food, this restaurant easily separates itself from the competition and hands down have the Best (Chinese) Food in Town.

Worst service. They are rude, and because they cant speak great English they talk down on you like your the one with the language barrier. Never will I recommend this place and they are the Worst food and place in town. Beware dont order from here not worth the disrespect!!!!

The food is great, but fried chicken taste average it doesnt have the Chinese fried chicken taste. The cord is okay, however the female host is very rude. Her customer service skills is very poor. :-(
