Sadly the customer service is slipping. As of the last couple of weeks when I am in the check out line the checker has not greeted me but rather continues a conversation with a coworker. When I have greeted them there is a deer in the head lights look as if they did know I was standing there??? In the same visit as well as others, I have not been asked if I want help out with my groceries? This is more incentive for me to heed the suggestion of the occasional picketers not to shop at nugget!

One of the nicest groceries that you will ever go into. Great prices on many staples, friendly staff, ample produce, specialty goods, wine, beer, cheese and non perishables. Expansive deli counter with fantastic sandwiches, sushi, hot food options and solid catering for events. This is one grocery store that you can actually enjoy being in. Plenty of carts, always clean, large aisles to take your cart through and fairly easy to navigate. Atmosphere 5/5 Service 5/5 Selection 5/5

I went to get a cake and two employees ignored me and disrespected me, I was so upset I was the first one and was ignored as soon as I got my cake a clerk employee made my day when I told him about those two, he seen me I was about to burst out and cry of how I was being treated. I did thanked him and it was two years ago, because of him and other employees who are so nice makes me want come back here love the food.

Absolutely love this Nugget Market. You wont find happier and more courteous employees anywhere. Selection is fantastic, and location is great. Contrary to popular belief, its really not much more expensive than a standard grocery store for most things. Love all the different prepared foods they offer in their deli and the fact that they make everything fresh. Amazing salad bar as well!

I have always received good service here, and I have lived and shopped in West Sac for over 10 years. Sometimes the prices at Nugget are a little high, but you often get what you pay for. Their deli and bakery items are really good, and their salsa, hummus and guacamole are some of the best. It is also nice to not have to wait in long lines like you often do at other markets.

Expensive and overpriced along with the fact that the employees arent that welcoming and friendly. Nothing there really interests me. I only went there because of my brother. I feel bad going there as if everyone who works there and shops there is better than me. I am just an average guy, so I am not a rich guy. I am not a professional, so please dont hate me.

This store has good products but if I have one complaint its the inconsistent baked goods. Ive been buying the same pastry for over a year and not only does it look very different every day but the cashiers never can tell what the price is and always have to ask each other or take a long time looking the price up.

fantastic, friendly service. beautiful produce and a nice array of pre-marinated meats and house made sausage, as well as a full service bakery and deli. its an easy place to overspend. I feel like it sets the tone for the whole neighborhood, the real anchor store of the Southport area.

Nugget is very good for meats if you can get a good deal. For instance, I got some Filet Mignon for about $8/lb vs the normal $22/lb. But in general, their prices are a bit more than Safeway or other grocery stores. I still like it though because the people are nice and very helpful

Best supermarket in West Sac for quality ingredients at a decent price! Produce is always great looking. Store is never super busy. Very friendly cashiers. Ready-made food options are great. Certain things can be quite a bit overpriced. Huge variety of coffees, teas, spices.

Nugget Market is tricky - they look like a Whole Foods, but the prices are the same as Safeway or Trader Joes. Its the only place to shop that combines supermarket selection, gourmet quality, and reasonable prices. Its my favorite large grocery store.

I love Nugget Markets. I call it a less pretentious Whole Foods. People are incredibly friendly and they have some very unique finds you cannot get from the regular grocery stores. At times it can be pricey here so be careful.
