I ordered a salad, easy simple salad, nothing hard to make. The first time they brought it, there were extra condiments that I did not ask for. We politely returned the salad, asking for a new one. We gave them the receipt, so they would know what I wanted in my salad. However, the waiter came back to our table 3 more times, asking again and again what vegetables I wanted in my food. Finally, they brought the second salad. It was wrong again, I completely lost my appetite. I dont usually complain to the service, but I was extremely upset this time, because the waiters and cooks there were very low intelligence. Retards.

This morning I was in a rush to get to BART for pride parade. A healthy hearty gourmet breakfast was too far of a reach in Dublin. Opted for Panera as it was on the way to BART. This location has all the bells and whistles of other locations. However, here theyve a drive-thru and a spot for pull-up and wait area. Ordering is simple either you walk-up, or order through touchscreen pads provided as you enter. Services is average with mostly school kids on the weekend. Got me coffee, quiche, and muffin. The quiche was good, but puff pastry layers were more than soggy, thus a chewy experience.

The food was really fresh and tasty. I had never ordered anything but bagels at this location, so I asked the cashier what the "you pick two" thing was all about. She was a bit condescending and a little rude. Like it should be obvious. I will probably go back, but I may do my own research before going in. Heaven forbid I ask a question!

Love this place. We go almost every weekend. Order from your phone to pickup or use the tablets by the entrance to order for dining in or take out. You can even just go directly to a table and order from your phone. They also have some outside tables in the front and the back.

Great food and the online ordering combined with quick pickup is a great convenience. Theyve messed up my order several times and theyve sent me home with burnt bread more than a handful of times. So for that I must reduce by at least one star.

The food is good, especially for what is basically fast food. Order at the counter, then they bring it out. Decent coffee service, though they dont have whole milk or cream anymore, just low-fat options.

The food is great, but if you go through the drive-through check that your order is correct. I go here pretty often and nearly every time something is missing. The consistent incompetence is incredible.
