I have tried to give this location another chance after I have been given the wrong items waiting too long also the employees talking and not doing their job not interacting with the customer cleaning the lobby tonight was the last straw. I will be writing a letter to the actual corporate office to let them know about how bad this location is in Suisun California. Nobody should have to deal with what Ive had to deal with tonight it is an embarrassment for the city and an embarrassment for the Jack in the Box Corporation.

this place is a joke ! Employees are incompetent and rude . Talking on their cell phones in the drive thru and screwing up orders . I have reported them cheating their drive thru timer , I cant count how many times they have asked me to back up to reset their damn counter . Just to be waiting 20 minutes or so for my food ! Regional managers are a joke too , cant even handle their employees

Yummy! But they screwed up our order and when we called to tell them they told us to come in and they will remake our whole order because we spent a lot of money there and when we showed up they were rude as heck about it all and giving dirty looks particularly one girl specifically... Aside from that the food is still amazing despite those that will be rude.

Always something weird at this one. Once the drive thru was closed with a hand written note. Several times asked to back up and drive forward again at the drive thru. Another time they were throwing something out the drive thru window on a rope to trigger some kind is sensor. Pretty bad overall. The one on Red Top Road has the best Tacos.

This place has become bad... Poor customer service, rarely do the girls smile and the management of this place is bad...very bad. When employees are criticizing the manger thats not good, neither is this place. But you have no other choice... Unless you want to drive to Red Top Rd....

The breàkfast sandwich was not very good l bought two And could only eat half of one then through away the other and the half. The staff was very nice and professional.the egg was fried on the grill and tasted over cooked with bits of hamburger in it. Sorry very bad sandwich.

Service is very slow! Employees struggle with English making ordering your food very hard. They took my son and I at 11 in the afternoon 20 minutes to get our meals, two number 6 meals. We were the only people in the store, with 2 cars in the drive thru. Our food was cold.

So, it is a Jack In The Box. The food is the same as 10,000 other outlets around the country. The inside is kept clean. Tje only reason for three stars is when using drive thru, they like to ask you to back up so their timer doesnt hold them accountable.

This is a good jack in the box. They are a little slow, but the food is great. The food looks closer to the food in the commercial than any other jack in the box. The food taste like a happy slap in the mouth. Thats tasty

Another typical Jack in the Box chain restaurant. Ive only been through the drive through a few times. Have yet to go inside. They are quick, as to be expected. Curly fries are amazing! Milk shakes are also amazing.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. Really bad service all they do is talk instead of getting your food ready. It took 1 hour just to get a 2 hambugers and 3 fries. Do not recommend it to nobody.
