The problem with this place is, that when they changed management (7-8 years ago maybe) they started serving actual potato "chips" rather than fries! Its supposed to he fish & [English] "chips," which means French Fries! In England, potato chips are "crisps.". When you remedy this problem, Ill be back--because the fish is pretty good... Update: They have fixed the issue & now have proper "chips" (fries) - upping to 4 stars!

I ordered the fish and chips. It was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. The fish was awful. Stink and fishy smelling. The fries had to be straight out of a bag. Cant anyone make fries from a FRESH potato anymore? I was so disappointed!!! No coleslaw. For $14.50 I expected wayyyy better. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place has the best hand made fried chips Ive ever had. I went there a few years back and I still dream about them. Prices are high, which is no good, but I cant expect different in the middle of a tourist part of Santa Barbara.

Came here and ordered 80 hamburgers and 40 orders of taco to serve the homeless...their staff did an amazing job..the manager is the best. Customer service to the fullest thanks a lot .

Horrible service and the food was overpriced. The three girls working rolled their eyes after my dad asked a simple question thinking that I couldnt see. Glad I never have to come back.

Fish was really expensive and and really low quality tilapia, tasted like I was eating a dead sea creature off the beach. Staff was OK and the atmosphere was nice but smelled very fishy.
