I went to this Subway because I was getting my tires checked at the Les Schwab next door and decided to get a soda. They charged me $2 for a small soda which is what a large costs at most places... After paying for the over priced soda I stepped outside for at most 5-10 minutes to check on my car. Les Schwab needed more time to finish so I decided to go back to Subway to get a sub and top off my soda (at most one inch worth). When I went to top off my soda the Indian girl working there told me "You cannot get a refill on your drink once you have stepped outside". I responded back to her "Your soda is already over priced and now your telling me I cant top off my soda because I stepped outside for a few minutes?" She replied back to me "Thats our policy." So I told her that she has lost my business because of poor service and I will be sure to tell my friends to not go there as well. She responded with a shrug and obviously doesnt care. I could understand if I came back the next day or maybe even after a few hours to refill my drink but a policy that prevents me to top off my soda because I step out the door is in my opinion a poor policy and shows customers they are just a number at this specific Subway. Soda is a huge profit item for them already and refilling a cup costs them a few cents worth of water and syrup. To risk losing customers over such a small amount of money is really sad and boggles my mind. My 2 cents...

My husband went in to get us sandwiches for dinner because we were busy all day and it just sounded like a good healthy idea needless to say he came back with a sandwich that was on bread that was all crumpled up it was not half of a 12 inch there were a few shreds of lettuce in there I could probably count them on two hands there were two pieces of turkey in there and the tomatoes were so mushy that I dont know how long theyve been sitting in their counter I asked specifically as did my husband for peppercinis and there was not one to be found very sparse sandwich nothing on it really so not satisfied at all

Its true, a couple of the girls are definitely not warm & friendly, but a couple of them are. But u say something to them like "how is YOUR day going?" and it brings anyone out of their shell. The sandwiches though - Ive never gotten one that was just awful or sloppy with stuff falling out the sides. Always pretty good, pretty neat, soft bread, whatever amount of ingredients u want theyll give u. So in that respect this is actually a subway I would definitely recommend.

This subway is horrible! The service is like pushing a truck out of a muddy ditch. I had to repeat everything twice or more and I was talking slowly like to a child. They prepared the sandwitch with no care just shoving stuff on. I asked for just a drizzle of honey mustard an it was 3 sweeps across my sandwitch.

I am always at this location almost every day at about 2-5 pm and the food is good the place is clean and the ladies who work at this place are all nice. I say ladies because I rarely see a guy working at this place and usually when I come Julie is always working and she is cool. Julie deserves a raise.

It wouldnt hurt the female employees to at least pretend to enjoy being there. They never smile and their "thank yous" are never genuine. They should understand that there are a lot of unemployed people who would love to their job. Sandwiches are good, service is terrible.

Great place, but different people affect the experience. Some employees take time to make a work of art, others are just in a hurry. So if you stay on them, the food is great. If you leave for them to make it for you, its going to depend on whom you get.

Prices on the board are not what they charge you in the computer and the staff is rude and sarcastic. Even the other customers were rude... antelope people i guess

I love subway, but the night staff here are horrible! Careless, and sassy for no reason! If you dont like your job or hours dont take it out on the customers!
