The service was horrible I ordered a teriyaki bowl and it was disgusting. The teriyaki sauce was spilling out of the bowl before I even received it,there was so much sauce on the outside of the bag I didnt wanna touch it therefore I asked for a new one. the employee working in the drive through had a very bad attitude. I was so displeased with the service I asked for a return and they STILL gave me a hard time. They wont be receiving any more of my hard earned money.

Good food, parking was a nightmare. There was a guy blocking the exit with his truck because he was selling flowers. He parked at the exit, I was behind his truck for 5 minutes waiting to leave, once he came back around he was still oblivious. With 3 cars waiting to get out, I still had to ask him to move. Parking sucks for large vehicles. But the food was good

Ono Hawaiin BBQ has always been a favorite with the family and I, regardless that people call it fake hawaiin food, but its still food, and its good. One cannot go wrong with the BBQ chicken plate, if you want something smaller, get the mini meal which still usually stratifies my hunger during a lunch break.

I was not expecting Neiman Marcus service from this food chain, but the service was just beyond horrible. I wont return because of the staffs working there. Need to train the staffs for better customer service!

I have been to other One, but its something about this Ono in San Pedro. OMG! We drive from downtown LA to this one. I love that they chop the chicken and employees are very friendly and funny

Spam cakes are very good. Theu get you your food super quick. The fountain sodas are good also.
