Had cinnamon roll - very good, but not inexpensive as far as I am concerned. What bothered me was their lack of concern about cleaning dirty tables. Spoke to manager about situation, but he said I just did not understand they were busy in the back. I do understand ... Im talking about employees I saw in front who were visiting with each other. Why young managers think everyone else knows nothing is irritating -- and truly stupid of the managers. I worked for over 60 years, and if I dont know and want to know, Ill ask. I only say I know what I do know. The Sherman place needs to put keeping tables clean higher on their list ... employees can chat when there is absolutely nothing to do. Clean tables are important.

Had a gift certificate here so I went. Menu was really unclear about what is on each sandwich. Half a sandwich tiny cup of soup and an apple was nine dollars which wasnt a good value. Bathroom smelled horrible and wasnt clean with overflowing garbage. But the service was nice so I gave 3 stars. Felt compelled to leave this review after finishing meal.

Panera has always been a go-to place for soups, salads, sandwiches (you pick 2) since I lived in the Midwest. I love their rewards program; just got a free pastry for my birthday. This location works well for a lovely walk around Liberty Station after your meal too!

Its a whatever location. Panera is ok. Staff hasnt been the best when Ive been in. Update- gave it another shot for online ordering ahead of time for takeout. My order was ready and they forgot part of my order. Had to come back in the rain. Never coming back.

Bought $16 worth of food for carryout. Bagel never got toasted and they rang up my $3.59 beverage from the cooler and never put in the bag. Cooler is behind counter. Tried calling no answer. Would never recommend returning to this location. :-(

Standard franchise location. Average food. Nothing remarkable. Can make the sandwiches better at home - in the end, that is a qualifier for me. If I can make the same or better, then the food outlet in unremarkable and unworthy a repeat visit.

New Years Day 2017, what a way to start the day, coffee not ready, tables not bussed, bathroom not serviced, service exceptionally slow, whats the problem management. You need to get serious about doing business, this is a disgrace.

Dont know if they are understaffed or what, but one cashier during morning peak hours is hurting them. Especially when managers just look at the line and walk by. That doesnt motivate customers to come back.

I knit here just about every Saturday, it gets busy. This place is ok their menu doesnt change often and they dont have descriptions for their dishes, just like every other panera.
