Summary: Great service! Friendly staff and manager! Everything we tried was fantastic! My co-worker and I were staying at the Sheraton for a week on business. We stopped in for happy hour and apps the first two nights we were there. The bartenders were awesome and very attentive. The manager stopped by and talked to us every night we were came in. You could tell it wasnt just because it was his job, but because he enjoyed it. On the second day, he walked up to tell us about the free BBQ for hotel guests that was on the patio, which we obviously didnt know about even though we were looking at a menu. We both thought this was awesome and ordered food anyways because he was so straight forward and honest. The day I checked out, I stopped in for lunch before heading to the airport. The manager remembered that I was a hotel guest and chatted with me while I was hanging out. He thanked me for visiting on the couple of nights that I did. I will definitely be back when Im in town for business. Thanks for such awesome food and service guys!!

If youre looking for a place to have a business meeting, Faz is at the top of my list for a number of reasons. The location is convenient - an easy on and off from 580. There is plenty of parking, which is not the case with most coffee houses. The food is excellent if you decide to eat. People are not yelling to be heard. The view into the courtyard for the Four Points Sheraton is very pleasing. It has a touch of class that most meeting places cannot equal. The restrooms are immaculate and not one restroom with a line of people waiting. I notice that someone gave Faz (the restaurant) a bad review for something that happened at the Sheraton check in desk.

Last year I tried faz with my family and it was ok. Then I tried again a couple months after to see if anything changed and it was just worst so I didnt go there again until 2 nights ago for my friends birthday. This time their lamb kabob and beef was actually cooked. Unlike last time they were chewable and juicy. Service was good. Overall it was a good experience. Prices were hight compared to other persian foods and portions were smaller. All in all we might try them again later on but with other persian restaurants close by its highly unlikely.

My family really enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet at the restaurant yesterday. Plenty of seasonal hot and cold dish choices and all were well served. And the price per person is less than $40 ! We personal thought the buffet worth more than that price. We were happy with their service too. Definitely will go back for their Christmas buffet ! The only negative side was most of their chairs upholstery were stained with brownish mark, they need to be cleaned. - Oakland, CA

The atmosphere is nice and the menu options sound good but I was a little disappointed in the flavor of my Mahi Mahi, or should I say lack of flavor. Even the pineapple salsa was bland. One of my dinning companions said their burger wasnt very flavorful either. This was very disappointing to them because theyve been to Faz in Danville and loved it. I guess this it what you can expect from a restaurant attached to a hotel.

Oddly hit-and-miss. Interesting items on the menu -some are fantastic, some are really disappointing. Good service, good music. Overall, Ill keep coming back; portions & quality are a good value for the money... If you land on one of the good options. Tomatillo trout - disappointing. Lamb shishkababs - wonderful Prawn appetizer - excellent Calamari appetizer - mediocre and not remotely similar to description on menu.

I can only rate the bar. I often stop in after work for a quick bite. I am always welcome by Vanessa and Jodi. I can depend on a first class experience. Always professional, fun and entertaining. They are the reason I keep returning. Next time you are in pleasanton and looking for a bite or just a cool place to have a beer. Make sure you ask for Vanessa and Jodi. They are the best :-)

Our special secret place! Dont tell anyone. The food is great, the service is spectacular and you can actually have a conversation here in the cozy booths, rather than screaming like you have to do at all the newer "lively" restos.

We eat here regularly. They are very consistent and always a good experience. My favorite is the chicken kabobs
