I tried to made a bulk order of In-N-Out burgers over the phone, but was told that I had to make the order in person. However, when I got there, I was told differently that I could only order 20 burgers at most. Needing 75 burgers, I started to become a bit frazzled, but the manager, Leah, was helpful and courteous in helping me with the miscommunication that occurred between their customer service and the restaurant. She took it upon herself to make sure that she could do everything possible to make my order happen. In the end, I left with 50 burgers, and was overall very satisfied with the experience. She was patient, understanding, and dealt with the situation in a professional manner. The staff was also very polite and helpful! I will definitely be coming back again! Thanks Leah!

This place is incredible. Not only was the food mega-delicious but truckdriver dude gave us a jump! but no he didnt only the jumpstartling that was his lack of attention to my words he looked at me blankly as if i was stoned but i wasnt that damn stoned so wtf i mean is that burrito not indicative of stonerdom anyway. dont hate man. you playin the same damn game. so anyway the security guards were mad unhelpful but then very helpful in other non security ensuring ways. Also there were no gang members there this time. We asked the creepy truckdriver guy to jumpus but then later it turned out that we didnt need it as he asked us what the car sounded like and it just magically by the will of god started and was like woooosh booyah! that is all.

I absolutely love In-N-Out at this location when compared to other places in the In-N-Out franchise. They have gotten my order wrong never before, and have forgotten the custom orders on my sandwiches and fries not even once. The food is as usual very good for a fast food burger. Though they are very very popular, so you should expect to wait about 15-20 minutes for your food due to the demand. Drive-thru is faster for some reason. The best part is watching the young kids that they hire act very professionally and work super hard. The staff is part of what makes this place so great!

My wife would have given this place a 5, but I’d say my 3 is generous. Very good, freshly made fries and excellent malt (or milkshake, really). At the current price of beef, you can’t reasonably expect a good burger for what they charge, and you don’t get one. Small burgers with lots of bun and onion. As is often the case, you get what you pay for, and certainly no more. Fast friendly service. It’s priced fairly for what you get, but i’d rather pay a little more and get a bigger, better burger. I guess my wife and I will eat separately that day!

These are the best burgers for the price Ive come across so far. If youre into delicious but simple burgers then I would definitely recommend here. The service at the drive thru here is friendly and helpful. As another reviewer points out at another restaurant, they are not a franchise. Their business makes for interesting reading, and the difference between them and other fast food places is definitely noticeable in the taste.

Burgers are delicious and the price is on point. I like ordering them with grilled onions and the banana peppers inside, which add a nice kick to the flavor. People have differing opinions about the fries, but Ive always liked them. You can order them more well-done if you prefer. Shakes are a bit hard to drink through the straw but are respectable. Overall, its a consistently good experience at every location Ive been to.

In-N-Out Burger : a Californian institution as American as apple pie. If you come here, just park and get out of your car. Theres plenty of parking and most of the patrons are too lazy to get out of their vehicles, so the drive-through line is wayyyy longer than the line inside. Fries are mediocre. I feel like you can just skip them. Enjoy your shameover after eating here! I sure did.

The burgers are a bit expensive once you consider their size but I got a hefty portion of fries. Its also crowded, so more than In-N-Out it felt like In-Wait-N-Out. I enjoyed the food nonetheless, and I admit that I expected something different based on peoples hyperbole. If its not crowded when you come in, its a solid burger joint.

Standard In-n-Out Burger experience: #1 - Arrive to the west coast starving. #2 - Drive directly to the nearest In-n-Out #3 - Cry to yourself as you wait what feels like forever in the drive-thru Luckily this one is right next to the airport so part 2 doesnt take too long.

I dont know why people go on about in n out. Its even become a pop cultural reference for California. The burgers are McDonalds-esque, really nothing special at all. The fries are just bad - limp and a bit on the soggy side. Its not worth your time or your money.

Im not into Fast Food. Yet when I do step outside my kitchen, there are only three places I frequent- In and Out Burger is one. And with that said no matter what In and Out Burger joint I visit, its always crowded... And that my Dear. I think that, says it all..

Foods is great (and comparable to other In-N-Out) but access from the freeway is worse than most. Seems a bit slower service than usual (based on one visit) Cant decide if no WiFi is a downgrade since who needs people camping here. Chopped chilis available.

If youve been to any other In-N-Out, those reviews and tips will largely apply here as well. The layout is pretty much the same, friendly staff, and great fast food. This location is very popular though, so expect a bit of a longer wait than other In-N-Outs.

There is always a line for this place, like all In-N-Out Burgers. Easily accessible from the freeway. I usually get the fries and a double double protein style. But you really cant go wrong with anything on the menu. They keep things simple and delicious!

i was sooo happy when this location went in near the oakland airport. its a bit tough to get to (tucked behind the walmart in the corner of this shopping center) but its everything you expect from an in-n-out - great, fresh burgers, fries, and shakes.

This place is clean even during peak lunch hours. As soon as customers left the employee cleaned the table for others to enjoy. The food is awesome as always. My favorite order is the double double with fries well done, & vanilla-chocolate shake.

Freshly cut fries are great. No salt on the fries ? No problem. Burgermeister fries come to the restaurant pre-salted. (Duh). Had my onions grilled which added to an already great burger. Nice staff here as well.

At 11:30 on Saturday with only 5 cars ahead of me at their drive through, the wait was about 20 minutes. I think they need a better management. Hopefully they will change and I can use them again like before.

Standard In-N-Out, lots of parking at this one but be careful when you go through the drive-through, theyve been getting more efficient but the wait times can be pretty bad around dinnertime and late night.

When to an in and out after a long night at work got off at midnight with thankful that they were open line wasnt too long ago was hot and tasty thank you and I know you make one of the best burgers
