The interesting difference between this location and others in Orange County is a window into the dough room. After the crust has proofed, employees scrape the side of the container, flip the dough onto the counter surface, perfectly portion the dough for individual pizzas, and roll them into a ball for the press. Its a form of "eatertainment" while you are waiting in line. Order a White Top (white cream sauce with mozzarella, Applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano, and arugula) as a base. Add all of the cheeses, bacon, and roasted garlic. The creamy cheeses work well with the salty bacon. The roasted garlic adds a slight sweetness and the arugula adds a bitter greenness for a perfectly balanced pizza. Rating: 5/5

Blaze is great for getting fast pizza any way you want it. Delicious sauces and gourmet toppings in unlimited quantities...you say when. Pizza is enough for two people to share, but at those prices, you can get one each. The drinks are unique (lemonade and others) and worth a try.

This place is like cheap microwave pizza cooked in an oven. Also if you order ahead of time plan on waiting another 15 mins for them to cook it because no matter how many time you tell them to start cook right away they still waiting for you to arrive before starting the order!!!

I Have a gluten allergy and they have gluten free dough and were very careful to use fresh gloves and utensils when handling and preparing food. I really appreciate being able to go out for pizza again..... And it was good. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
