I ordered wings, they told me it would take 20 minutes, I showed up 20 minutes later, they were NOT done. When I finally got my order, and got home the wings were basically RAW. I was very upset, because the kids operating the grill did not know what they were doing, poured that crazy orange sauce on them, while they were PINK inside. I complained to the owner, he was supposed to call me back, never did. I called him the next day, he knew nothing, and demonstrated terrible customer service skills.....I never got my money back...manager failed to be there when I came in for refund...I would NEVER go there, and hope they go out of business.

The pizza is great. much better than your ordinary places like pizza hut, dominos, little caesars, papa johns, roundtable, etc. The pizza is very unique and it is delicious because it is made with fresh ingredients. The prices are very affordable also. The service is awesome and the staff is very friendly also. My favorites are the italian supreme and alfredo pizza. The pizza and the crust is closest to the New york style which is amazing. They have wings and other sides also that makes it even better. This place is great to bring your family and friends

I gotta admit, this is one of my favorite pizza places now. Ive been going to them for the past few months and I love it! Since finding out about this place, I have stopped going to Pizza hut and other such pizza places. I love their pizza sauce and the crust is oh so yummy. My favorite pizza is their vegetarian which is piled up with so many fresh veggies. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the mood for a good pizza.

This has to be one of the most bland pizzas Ive ever had. We usually get a pepperoni pizza from here because its the only thing close, but I find myself having to put loads of seasoning on it just to get any flavor out of it. Everything just tastes like a HINT of sauce or a HINT of cheese. Im not knocking them for trying, but what the hell is the point of opening a pizza place if you dont make good pizza?

The Pizza is the best in the area! If you are looking for a New York Style Pizza.... This is the place! Pizzas are always delivered hot. I have tried many places in Laguna Woods (whoever heard of cutting up tomatoes and putting them on a pizza??? Must be a California thing!), These people KNOW how a pizza should be made!!

I stopped in and got their $5 lunch deal because I was hungry and didnt want to wait in line at Subway. Glad I did. Today I got a full pizza there for the first time, and it was great. Im from Chicago, so having decent (yeah, its NY style but thats OK) pizza available is great. No more big chain garbage for me!

Great tasting quality pizza. My favorite is the margherita pizza and I would recommend to anyone who likes pizza. Location is not hectic and very enjoyable atmosphere. They have a plasma playing sports most the time when I go there so thats a huge plus for me.
