Im giving this place five stars, and heres why. Yes, occasionally it can have an odor due to the sewer system. The service has always been great though. With any new bar, they appear to be adjusting their prices and menu accordingly. The atmosphere is pleasant. It might be a great venue for live bands if they chose to host. Very large TVs and ample seating. The outdoor areas are great. I have been pleasantly surprised with the menu. Everything ordered has been very good. Im looking forward to the ramen as I have yet to order it yet but it smells and looks amazing. Two pool tables for entertainment and they are somewhat taken care of.

The service is okay, the servers need to wear more appropriate clothing. They looked a little trashy. We came on a Saturday afternoon to watch some college football and grab a bite. I was uncomfortable with the servers butts hanging out, in brushes hair and smelled like cigarettes. The food was okay, we got shrimp flat bread and the shrimp didnt seem fresh. But hey, the beer was COLD!

Service was good but they tried to say they forgot it was happy hour multiple times at the same table expecting us to forget apparently. But hey, they changed it after we called it out every time.

the good: food - from what i have ordered, the galbi flatbread and the shrimp cocktail. both were good - each had their salty and sweet flavor with each bite... very vietnamese, and very good!

Terrible service. Sat out on patio to watch football . Waited10 minutes at a dirty table -no service. Not even busy! Boooooooooo.
