Well Ive been to coldstone hundreds of times and this was my first time on the one at chapman which was Friday night. I took my parents to celebrate my fathers birthday. And the employee that was helping us was some what rude we tried being as nice as possible.When we got to the register she called another employee to finish us up because she couldnt understand .... after she has already helped us she went to the back and the other girl helped us.

Cold Stone has become one of the my favorite ice cream places. Its usually always clean inside, whenever I come. This place exhibits a great atmosphere and the employees makes everyone feel welcomed. Emily always takes my order when I come here, shes always super friendly and upbeat. I recommend the Birthday Cake Remix!

This is the happening place at night. Ive visited several times after 9pm and there has always been 3 people working. Place is clean, ice cream is good, workers are nice be it quiet. The redhead looks like Amelia Pond ...uhhh...Karen Gillan... If you squint a bit.

They need to update there closing hours because online it says they close at 10:30 pm and we just went at 10:20 pm and they said they were closed
