My father and I went in on a Thursday before the rush. Less then half the tables were seated with plenty of staff in sight. Three employees walked up and asked if wed been help and three times we replied, "No, wed like place our order." They could only say, "Well I cant help you." Finally the first returns and asks if we still havent been helped. We place our order with her and are told itd be twenty minutes. At this point weve already waited 15. We pay, walk out, and return 25 minutes later. We wait 10 minutes to speak with an employee, going through two more rounds of "Well I cant help you." The gal who took our order came to the register and told us one minute she just has to bag our food. My dad and I watched as she went back, looked for our food and then made it as the two line chefs ate. After over an hour and 15 minutes we got our food with the wrong condiments. It confounds me how in a half empty resturant with at least a dozen employees on the clock that no one was able to make our food.

So i placed an order online for a 12 wings combo deal that included fries on a side, ordered additional celery and carrots that costed $1.20 more. All together i paid $20.35 thats for a pick up. I was told that your ranch and Asian zing sauce is on a side with 6 traditional wings mild buffalo and 6 boneless wings are honey BBQ. When i brought it to my work place and shared the order with my co-worker. The order was so disappointing and skimpy i got 12 small wings with 2 sticks of dry celery and 3 broken carrot dry sticks, NO RANCH! The fries wasent anything special either. Never going to order food from this Location ever again.

Went in here at 10pm. It was my girlfriend, her son and I. We got seated, although the person who sat us only brought one menu. We sat for 10 min and one lady walked by us about 6 times and did not acknowledge us once! Until we were ready to leave, then she said our server was on her way, she was just waiting for something. We were the only ones inside the restaurant, there was a party of about 8ppl out on the back patio and a few people on the bar. This was absolutely ridiculous! I am a server and you always at least acknowledge your guests! Will never go back!!

Ordered from these guys through door dash, and when the order arrives were missing two out of three dipping sauces. I called to see if there was perhaps something they could do for me, but Jason (the manager?) told me that I had to contact door dash and that they did not take any responsibility for the order being wrong since the driver "accepted the order". I find this lack of accountability disturbing, and since there are many other restaurants in this area that DO account for their mistakes, I will not be ordering from Buffalo WildWings again.

Awesome bartender, Will, totally made this experience one of the best times i have had in a while. Prompt fast service, sat at the bar and we were immediately served and Will talked with us and suggested a drink that my girlfriend loved. Had awesome conversation and at the same time was not the bartender that wont leave you alone and bugs you it was the perfect amount of friendliness and business. Made me a solid customer! I used to think of this place as just another spot, which it is but our bartender made in an extraordinary experience.

I like this location but not a fan of the parking lot. Ive been here several times and its a great place to watch games, have beer with friends and have off course try out the delicious flavors of wings. On Saturday, I ordered mango favored and garlic parmesan wings for a friends house gathering. Everyone loved the chicken wings. I had pre-ordered prior to arriving. As promised within 20 minutes the wings were ready for pick-up. The service at the checkout line was fast and they offered extra ranch to go.

My husband, daughter and I went on a Sunday night and there were only a couple of tables with people. After being there for over half an hour and still hadnt received our sauce samples we walked out. I have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before. Their system of having a "Captain" in addition to a server does not work. The server was great, she just wasnt allowed to do her job. Cant rate the food because we never got to try it.

Hello. I was told about the spicy wings and i was excited so i got some friends together and we ventured on down to this 3.5/5 star building. My order was $35 but i got the amount of diarrhea as if i had spent hundreds of dollars. Cant argue with that value!! Their whole entree could feed a whole entrendre of kids in africa. Would give 5/5

Although I shouldnt need to tell you this place is delicious, I will anyways. We got here once a week or sometimes every other week. Great for sports, awesome service and fun atmosphere. Although most the time we choose not to eat meat, this is one of our few exceptions.

Very bad service. Servers made rude remarks during the awaited time of eating; such. Many improvements should be made in order for this business to keep going. Others have been talked with and have noted previous experiences that were noted as not very good service.

I just love the atmosphere here! The food is decent bar food, and they do a good job with their wings. I like playing their trivia games while having a beer and some food...its a fun place! The staff here has always been friendly and service is consistently good.

The staff here is very welcoming and happy to accommodate even the largest groups. Our waitress was so nice we all took a group photo with her! She and everyone else was happy and helpful for the full 2 hours we were there, sorry if we overrated our welcome!

Good food HORRIBLE service went in for lunch on weds at 1130am it took 40 mins to get our food and there was only two other tables servers stood around and talked while we were constantly having to ask for refills and sauce booo!

Here in Folsom we dont just look for good prices but good quality. Buffalo wild wings is the place for both!! Great good with reasonable wait times for it. Service is awesome in many ways. Would love to be a part of this place!!

Theres a sporty atmosphere to this place, so if you and your buddies want happy hour while the game is on, this place is it. I only exclusively go here on Tuesdays (bone in wings night) and Thursdays (boneless wings night)

They will serve you a rum and Pepsi when you order a rum and coke. They have switched from coke to Pepsi which is fine but not at the bar. Their queso dip is a straight salt bomb! Their beer selection is horrible.

I would describe the service as being average, what you would expect from a restaurant like this. The food is decent but you definitely are paying for the atmosphere. I believe on Tuesdays wings are half off!

Chicken wings were pretty good. They ask you if you want celery and carrots then give you this little bag with two celery sticks and three carrot sticks I ordered 2 large wings has to go to the grocery store
