Its was horrible never come back here again the workers Anna and joy were very rude . As Anna tried being nice after I confronted her .My little girls decided to dine in, Joy decided that she wanted to talk her language very loud . They told us we couldnt eat out of the container in the restaraunt . Because "they dont want to feel like a fast food restaurant". They were nice to everyone else serving and checking on them making sure food was okay, not once did we get the attention.

The flavors at Palm Thai Bistro are unique and authentic. Ive had lunch and dinner here and, based on conversations with the chef (who frequently returns to Thailand to explore new menu offerings) plus shared experiences with colleagues who were equally impressed, I(we) highly recommend this Thai gem. This is THE Thai restaurant to go to whenever you are near... or even a little far!

I love this place! Excellent service from everyone! Food is on point I wish they had a location in Oakland. The price is very affordable and we always have left overs. We always get the larb gai the yellow curry, chicken satay and the garlic pork ribs. They always have delicious specials everyday. We love the pork belly when they have it. It is a must have!

There is a lot of promise in this Thai restaurant. With a smaller than most menu, they are better able to focus on the quality of the items they have. A touch on the pricey side for the location, however the food and decor make up for that. Expect even the mild yellow curry to have a bit of a bite to it and definitely try the black sticky rice.

I think this place is ok. Not bad. It is located in a strip mall, so you have a lot of choices before you walk into this place. I typically order pad Thai at every new Thai restaurant to see if they are good. This one is not bad, a bit on the too sweet side. The service is fast and accommodating.

One of the best thai food place in the area the papaya saled is amazing that what i alway order from there. the pakimao (sorry if i misspelled) the spicy nuddles are really good. for desert order the deep fryed bananas really food aswell. the place is really clean and staff are amazing.

I bought Yellow Chicken Curry and Thai Fried Rice both had a great taste. Slightly different than what i have tried but delicious. Staff was really friendly. The restaurant looked really clean. It looks like a really nice place for a date.

Foods great but management wasnt very impressive at all and the hostess just group up and gossip loudly in there native language sometimes along with the manager...but overall kitchen staff are great people and food is really satisfying.

18% gratuity (off the subtotal, excluding tax), they must be joking. And I was asked "change back", just what did they think? I had basil chicken which was extremely salty. Take your business somewhere else.

Impressed so far. Service is fast and friendly. Food tasty and kinda on the spicy side. So much better than the sushi place next to it. This has been our go to Thai in this culinary oasis called Fairfield.
