Ive been coming here for the last six years and the food has never looked this bad. Isaac and Lucero are leaving old food out for way to long. The customer service is horrible. I was the next person in line and I already told Isaac that I wanted fresh orange chicken and then one of his friends came in and he started taking his friends order before mine and I was not even done ordering yet. Then, After looking at the food that was behind the glass. I told Isaac that they had 5 foods out that were old and disgusting looking. His friend said, well if you dont like it then you dont have to eat here. Isaac didnt say anything and didnt seem to care that people could get food poisoning. Then the female worker Lucero spoke up and said I was being rude. What ever happened to the customer being right lmao. Not one of the people working knew how to handle the situation appropriately. It sucks because I will not be eating at this Panda Express ever again.

Pleasantly surprised. I am not usually a Panda fan but it was close and convenient. I guess not every location is the same. Orange chicken was fresh and cooked nicely. Noodles were actually cooked and not hard like other Panda Express. I usually feel sick after eating this chain food but not today. I went around 2:00 and they were refreshing the food so it was nice to know that they put out fresh food all day and not at just lunch and dinner time. Plenty of seating and parking. Staff was really nice too!

Led by Karen, the BEST of Managers EVER, her leadership & Upbeat attitude, while modeling for fine Associates like Carolina & Lynda who graciously & eagerly follow her LEAD - they combine like a well-oiled TEAM, to make this like a local MOM & POPS in the most favorable sense of the word. New location on other part of the Highlands is very pretty! Food is always delicious and service is great! Parking is a hassle though due to all the other businesses but you get in!
