I call and order pupusas often. And for some reason the waitresses are always rushed and cant seem to communicate effectively while using the phone. They have ruined a couple of orders by missing food items. The only reason i go to this place is because there is no pupuseria close to my home other than this one. They always have live kareoke so loud that it stresses the waitresses and they make so many mistakes. The good side is that they may follow the recipe to the letter at times.

I went here for the first time today the waitress was very rude. I ordered their pupusa and when I got my food the mass from the pupusa had a long hair in it. When I called the waitress over to tell her about it she replied that its just a hair to pick it out. When I started to feel sick from the taught of the hair in my food I asked to use the restroom and she said that I would have to pay for my food first.
