excellent bar - type food, well-mixed drinks by friendly staff, a nice bunch of regulars- in short, everything one could ask for in a neighborhood bar. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is that I really wish they would serve food every night instead of just two or three nights a week, and they really should bring in some live music once in awhile.

Calm and collected this places bring going up air since I was of age to get let in but now I made a slight mistake and I cant go up there no more I wish I could be more of the fam up there hopefully soon places like good memories to me but all in all perfect Altadena bar everybody has to go and do some karaoke

Love this place a great little watering hole.. Altadena little Gem of a place.. Super cozy spot for late night drinks Prices are amazingly affordable.. The staff are incredibly generous.. Pool table juke box out door smokeing with alcohol... Altadena my sweet Altadena

Rancho Bar is a fun, casual spot for locals. My first time there, I had a well vodka coktail for $4.50 and then one of the regulars came in and started passing around a bowl of homemade Chex Mix- love it! They are dog-friendly as well.

Definitely a local dive bar with a friendly clientele. There are a lot of signs which I recommend you read. FYI, do not ring the bell if you do not want to buy a round for the whole place. The only full bar in Altadena!

Great little dive. Prices were super reasonable and it had a fun atmosphere. Everyone seemed pretty friendly, no arrogance here at all! Not sure what drinks theyre known for, but their mixed drinks were great!

Yearning for a great game of pool? The Rancho Bars got you covered. Not all bars are created equal, especially when there is a pool table. The pool table is one of my favorite things about this bar.
