Ive been going there twice a year for 15 years, stopping whenever I pass through Winslow. The food is A+++. The owner, Helen, has been running the restaurant for over 30 years and she and her son, Gabriel, oversee all the cooking. The Chicken Fajitas is among the best Ive ever had anywhere and Ive eaten a lot of Mexican food. They tenderize their own meats, and cook everything fresh to order, which means some dishes take a while to make, but its real home cooking. The best.

The casablanca is no mere restraunt, its an experience of life, its a festival of tradition and it defeats all other mexican restraunts in winslow. But the titans at casablanca not only have the strength to produce mexican food and even mastered the classic good ol american cheeseburger. The atmosphere brings the illusion that your visiting mexico(the good parts of mexico.) You cant skip casa blanca when living in or visiting and even passing winslow.

Stopped while traveling along I-40. I dont recommend this place. We arrived at 8:10 on Saturday, and were greeted by the waitress that they were already closed, despite everything including the menu provided stating that they close at 9. The waitress was nice enough to let us order anyway. Tried the Navajo taco. It was cold/Luke warm depending on the bite. Also tried a quesadilla that was mediocre at best. Next time will drive on.

Very nice people and cute Mexican tile tables, but we didnt like anything we ordered for lunch. We got several different kinds of tacos and rice & beans, all of it bland and below the standards of your average Mexican restaurant anywhere in America. Also it left an odd taste in my mouth. Expected better from what seemed like a promising hole in the wall sort of place.

My wife and I passed through Winslow at lunch time and saw this unassuming restaurant had some really good reviews. It is a little difficult to find (next door to the white hanger). Great food, huge portions, and great pricing. Left very full and very satisfied. Get off the main path in Winslow and enjoy some great Mexican food.

Im always hesitate to come here. Everytime its different. Service is a majority of the time not great, the food is okay (I come for the grilled chicken salad) But for me its over priced for the quality of service and food. Not worth wasting your money. Do yourself a favor and go to Brown Mug, Mi Pueblo or E&O Kitchen.

If possible Id give this place zero stars.....the waitress was rude. The hambuger patty tasted like it was reheated. The chicken in the tacos were too salty and plain. But the chips and salsa were good even though it wasnt hot. So overall Im never eating here again. Also Winslow needs more places open on sundays....

Go to Winslow often, live about 25 miles away. Have seen this diner so decided to stop there. The chicken quesadilla was excellent, enough for 2 people. My son had a taco salad, he said it was really good too. Would eat there again. Service was great. Quaint place.
