If I could rate NO STARS I would! Ever since they remodeled the place its HORRIBLE I went there two weeks ago with the family & Kids the host lady told us i have no idea what I am doing this is my first day on the job I dont know why they would leave me! HELLO you dont tell people that then we asked for a booth if possible she said I am not allowed to do that.. We asked to be in a area that was quiet she put us next to the kitchen very loud and you can hear employees talking about things they shouldnt then right IN FRONT of us the host gets complained at by a waiter saying your not allowed to sit them in this section because its some one elses? whats that mean. RUDE ! & then the second time I went made me NEVER want to EVER go to a red robin I had a gift card that i was going to use of $25 they said nothing was on it come to find out later that day there was i had the receipt and everything just not at the time of the meal. The manager was extremely rude grabbed it scanned it and said nope they treated me very rude and it was very uncomfortable. I HATE IT and will be throwing the gift card away I wont even use it ! overall worse restaurant ever.

Worst experience we have ever had. We took our son here for his 2nd birthday dinner. This place is normally loud so we figured it would be fine. When we got there everything was going fine until our son decided he was tired of sitting still. The table in front of us was a man and 2 girls. The 2 girls proceeded to role their eyes at us and the man eventually asked for a different table. I then decided that we should just leave so without finishing our drinks or dinner that we had just ordered we payed full price and tipped even though we barely touched anything. Now What upset me about this whole situation was not this man and the 2 disrespectful girls. I was upset at the fact that the greater at the front door said loudly "oh good theyre leaving." Ive never been more embarrassed. We have been there many times and have never been treated like this.

Our waitress name was Jessica. We started our party at 12:00 unfortunately we did not get out food till about 2:15 understandably we had a 16 person party. By the time we did get our food it was cold by the time it hit our table, the beer I had ordered was not the proper one and I can easily taste the difference between a Mannys pale ale and a mack and Jacks African amber. About the only thing that was done properly was my bill. And just as a reference a party of 20 w as placed next to us and had a different waitress but their service was much faster they had apps within 30 min with drinks. It will be awhile before I even come close to recommending this place to anyone..... unless I hate them.

"Bottomless" is their motto! With bottomless fries, sodas, lemonades/limeades, rootbeer floats (including bottomless ice cream), and HUGE portions for entrees~I Love Red Robin!! With my family of 5 it can be expensive to dine out, but with Red Robin we get great food with unbeatable friendly service. Although a busy hot spot, the atmosphere is fun and lively. Also was impressed that all their burgers can be made with 2 different vegetarian patty options...Excellent food...Yummm!!! Also very family oriented on Tuesdays and Saturdays Red Robin the mascot comes out to stop by the tables for hi fives and photo ops:-)

To Clinton and Kayla...... I recently went to Red Robin for the first time. Just moved here from South Carolina a year ago. I read that you both have fond memories of this place, but the Puyallup store is recently very lacking. I dont know about that particular store, but the one on the sound in Seattle is amazing. Great food, atmosphere and services. If you really like Red Robin, I suggest making the trip to that location as I found it very pleasant. (I live in Puyallup, so thanks for the heads up)

I used to come here quite often. Tonight I came here and had such horrible service I probably wont come here again. It is sad since this was a great place to be when I was younger. I had ordered a burger amd they had messed it up. They did remake it but with a chicken nugget of some sort in it. The waiter also wasnt there either. She had brought us soup but not spoon or utensils. When we ask for some we get spoons and knifes. Im not sure what they remodeled to, but I do not recommend anymore.

My experience at Red Robin this evening has to be the worst I have ever had. We were seated in a section that had quite a few customers in it and were waiting for about 15 minutes and in that time probably about 5 different servers passed us and no one even greeted us or even offered us water. So we decided to leave and apon doing so 3 different servers looked at us leaving and no one stopped us to see what the problem was or if everything was ok. Will not be coming back.

So we take the family to a birthday dinner. They dont take reservations but knowing this we call hours ahead to tell them there will be 20+ people tonight for dinner. All is well we get there get seated then they gave us 1 server. She busted her ass but lets face it 20 to 1 is never going to win. Manager made us feel like its our fault for bringing a large party to his restaurant for the lack of service. Complete bull if you ask me.

4stars cause I love Red Robin. It could be 5 except the last few times Ive been to the puyallup location the place has been so dirty. Ive gone at slow times and busy. The bathroom smells so bad everytime and it looks to need a good scrub down. The dining room floors are filthy. They need to hire a clean up person. My waitress was very nice and speedy with refills. I love you Red Robin but please be cleaner. :)

I visited here with three other adults and one child. Checking in at the door was simple and straight-forward; using an iPad, the hostess was able to record our information quickly. Once seated, the server recorded and attended to our drink orders without delay. The food came quickly and tasted great! I think this place would be great for groupings, large and small, as well as individual parties.

At south hill mall location for lunch and I will not be returning to this location again. Waiter is not attentive nor is he wearing a name tag to put him on blast. Fillied my sprite with water and just all about sucks. Got my burger with about 10 fries. Its bottomless fries so I finally got the fry problem fixed. Burger burnt and not very good. Boooooooooooo negative stars if I could

The stack of onion rings were not HOT....the waitress took them back. The manager returned them to our table...yes they were HOT, however now they were over cooked. We felt like they just returned them to the fryer. Gross. Our burger came with fries that were also just barely warm. In the past everything is HOT and delicious. Today was not a HOT day to be eating at RR.
