Overall, dont expect much from the service or the food, but there are certain aspects that make this place worthy of a pit stop, especially if youre traveling. The waitress was all-business. Didnt smile. Guess she was too busy. My seasoned fries looked like the crimped kind you can get in the freezer section of the grocery store. My bacon cheese burger ($10) was good, though haphazardly thrown together, a swirl of mayo on the edge. The kitchen forgot my bacon at first, so the waitress had to come back with it on a side plate. After that, the burger was pretty standard, though the patty was a little dry. My mom thought her hash browns were oily and tasteless, which ketchup didnt help. Upon further inquiry, she also said, "The eggs were eggs. The toast was toast." No opinion either way there. The most charming aspect of the experience were the bird feeders outside (we sat in a booth with a hummingbird feeder beyond the window and got to see the little guy eat, too). There was also array of chocolate fudge, candy, and saltwater taffy available near the front counter. Black and white photographs on all the walls portrayed boats, planes, and trains. An a-okay joint, saved by its atmosphere (and I aint talking about the servers). Stop if you must. It wont impress, but youll get fed.

Was on a 3 day layover and ate her 3 times, the 4th day we had enough, day one: arguing over what waitress stole money out of the drawer as we wait to be seated, day two we were seated in the "closed section" and forgotten about, day 3 never checked on, no drink refills. DAY 4, placed our order & waited over 55minutes before being checked on & the waitress realizing she forgot to even put in our order! ---we did call over the manager to express our concern who intern offered us a free meal, but the right thing should have been to apologize, have them put the order in and compensate us at the end, she kept saying Ill take care of the meal but it wasnt about a free meal for us, it was a simple apology. Servers want good tips but they must first give good service, serve food theyd want to eat and treat people the way they want to be treated and things will fall into place. PS if you want the best BBQ ever, Hammer Lane across the street is an easy 5star!

Me and my family were on a trip through the mountains to get some snow time in. We decided to stop in North Bend for some lunch along the way and found this place. We walked into the establishment and it seemed nice enough. We were waiting in line to be seated behind a family of five ahead of us. One of the "hosts" walked over and asked "how many?" There were nine of us, so we kind of expected a wait. We told her, and let her know that we didnt mind occupying more than one table to make things easier for her, she rudely replied with "its gonna be a while" and walked away. Upon examining the dining room there were plenty of tables open (most looked like they hadnt been wiped down since breakfast). After waiting for about 10minutes, and after the rude greeting we decided to eat at the next door Popeyes. The family that was in front of us also decided to leave. Cant say that Ill be coming back,

We came to country pride on our way out of Seattle. We are not from here and obviously have never been before. There was a lady at the front register who ignored us for 5 mins then afterwards said "well are you going to come in? Its seat yourself here." There was no sign that said to seat yourself and the way she treated us was very rude and uninviting. She seems annoyed that we were there. Once we got to our table there were no menus silver wear, we didnt see any servers anywhere so once again we asked how we needed to order like if it was just serve yourself at the salad bar ect and very rudely the same lady snapped "a waitress will come to your table!" Once the waitress came she was nice but the lady at the front obviously hates her job.

Cynthia was such a rude sever. there are no signs telling you that you cannot have more then one plate at the salad bar. we grabbed two plates each just to separate our salad and potato / macaroni salad. she then got an attitude at us and tried charging us for the whole price of the soup and salad bar. luckily the nice younger girl fixed when we finally got our bill after having to flag down another waiter. Cynthia also tried to take away my food that clearly was going to be taken home instead of grabbing my boyfriends who had a napkin on top of it. when i said no i need a box she got an attitude and took 10 minutes to bring a box and never dropped off the bill. you work in the hospitality business be nicer and maybe you will get a tip

If you see an old chain smoking worker coughing in her hand avoid the place. They took my order for over medium eggs with yolk that is neither runny nor hard and dry toast and brought me eggs that were over easy and toast that was soaked with butter and they lectured me and laughed about the type of egg they agreed to make in the first place. And I was one of the two customers at the time so it wasnt that they were busy. I had to talk to the cook myself.

Have been to many Country Prides all over the country... This has to be one of the better ones I have been to ! More up to date, and prompt service ! Had the clam chowder (not sure why another review said it sucked) and it was very tasty ! Not fishy in any way and had plenty of clams ! Had the Salmom and it was also delicious (unlike what the other review said) ! Will definitely come back here !

Chicken fried steak was tough and chewy. Also waitress forgot to give me check so had to find her for that. Nobody at cashier when I went to pay so waited for about 10 minutes. While I was waiting Nicole came up and cashed out another customer first before getting to me even though I was waiting paitiently. Places like this dont care about a professional drivers time!

COOK USED VINEGAR JALAPENOS IN MY EGGS AND IT MADE EGGS VERY SOGGY. YOUR SUPPOSED TO USE FRESH JALAPENO (COOKING 101). TOAST WAS DRAINED IN BUTTER. 45MIN WAIT FOR FOOD ON A SLOW 3AM MONDAY SHIFT. SERVICE WAS GOOD AND FRIENDLY. I WONT BE COMING BACK ON A GRAVEYARD SHIFT WITH THIS COOK AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!

The wait staff was friendly but the food was nothing to write home about. Nothing was wrong with it comma but it seemed almost manufactured , Vice homemade. There was ample parking and the location was convenient. The salad bar was clean and their produce looked very fresh.

Came in here cold from walking from semi that we had to park on off ramp. This place is very comfortable and inviting. Sitting here watching the humming birds circle the feeder outside. My sever Shelly is very nice and attentive. Thank you. You made my morning. :-)

Looks like a quaint spot to stop for some highway comfort food, and a much needed break from the highway. Not! Employees having too much fun treating customers like nuisances to their days. I wont get into the details, just too much. Couldnt wait to eat and run.
